The simple formula of: "Provide Value, Receive Value" comes to mind.
Effective monetization seems to me to be a process of improving the value you provide (and, I suppose some sort of lens into what exactly the value is worth).
Certainly this has been an aspect of my own journey that I need to focus/improve upon - and will.
Every family has that one person who will break the family's financial struggle, I hope you become the one 😊
Last year I was working full time budgeting groceries, unable to afford date nights, and missing time with my kids. Now I learn how to make money online. Now I'm a SAHM, homeschooling and making profits every week.

Is there anyone like this gentleman who helps people who are literally just starting out from scratch, rather than people who already have 100,000 or more subscribers and are simply not effectively monetizing?
You can’t monetise until u get to a certain amount of you tubers following you, that’s the problem. ❤

Hamza grew on youtube due to his thumbnails standing out, second good content means his subscribers would watch his next videos boosting his ctr the first week to push the videos out to new audiences. Third people share his videos. Then fourth is the video ideas and value in the videos etc etc.
Thanks for doing this interview. Love the way younger people are talking and working the system, and teaching us older people what's really going on. I'm so hooked by all this generous sharing of information, adn the way you nad Andrew and others like you are approaching your lives and the work you do. Amazingly insprational. Hope to apply so much of this to my own channel.

Man, I still remember my first proper RUclips money, I was so proud of myself at that moment. But if it wasn't for my consistency and hard work (and honestly I had to use Famester way too many time, but I don't regret it), I probably wouldn't have made anything. But now life is going good, and I am happy with everything I have.

Great he is doing this. But 100K+ as the entry for the program is a bit high for us that are starting out. Luckily this is my personal channel and not concerned about this one growing. Business one however is another story.

I am relatively new to this game so I only have a little over 100 subscribers, I don't qualify by a long shot lol. But regardless, it was a pleasure to hear about Andrew's journey and what he has discovered to help make it work for others in the RUclips community. Keep grinding folks, never give up, innovate, keep adding value to the community and eventually you'll get where you want to be.

So basically, he can only help people who ALREADY have a audience. How much work is it to help someone who is already halfway there? I had up about 15 videos at one time and RUclips never showed them to anyone. That includes a video that took me 2 entire weeks to create. So I removed them all when RUclips said in new terms that you had to have 1000 followers to monetize your videos. I never had that many. Why should RUclips make money from my videos but not me? At any rate, helping people who already have an audience is akin to not helping at all. The people who really need help are those who do not have an audience yet. Let me know when someone wants to help with that!

I know right? These are only helping the already successful. So much for "help". However, it's an opportunity for someone out there. Think about it. Come up with a channel to help new creators, sort of like a coaching session that guides you all the way to the end. If a channel blows up thanks to someone providing that help, everyone wins. Surprised nobody (afaik) is doing this.
Your mindset is wrong. Two weeks on a video? Sone people work on videos for a month or longer. You're approaching this wrong.
Take from an oldie that's been round several blocks....The secret to true a wealthy, fullfilled and happy life is understanding the meaning of "I Have Enough"

Sadly I'm too small to even consider being part of that group of applicants. But honestly if I was within that criteria I really wouldn't need the help since my goals are just to make enough to be able to keep creating helpful vids for people. Adding value means to be original, to seek ideas, think and create following own thoughts, instincts, intuition, inspiration ….
The unique objective “money” is the result our World is nowadays … leaded by rich but emotionally broke, empty bodies without universal values and no spiritual aspirations

Interesting video - the maturation of the online world has quite a few transformative potentials. It does seem like there is a lot around the training and skills to participate specifically in the online creation space. Many courses on "how to do XYZ on RUclips, etc"
Andrew's thoughts around niche definition was particularly interesting to me. I can see the long-range thinking in his responses to your questions - which is motivational.

I'm wondering what would be his advice for smaller youtubers. Those that have less than 5k and less than 1k subscribers.
Grow your following first then think about monetising. Some niches that are super small, 5k is a lot but for most, focus on the growth first.
🤔...his explanation sounds like statistical machine learning for AI to take human jobs to me which the code can be packaged later to Googles and Microsoft for algorithms to reduce monetizations in the future.
