Sneha Madam in my wife case, we recently taking the ultrasound scan at 6 weeks, doctor saying their is yolk is visible & gestational sac size is 23.2 mm but foetal pole & cardiac pulsations not visible. Please guide me shall I wait do scan after 2 weeks?
If we see a fetal pole, you should repeat the ultrasound after a week to check for heart beat. But usually if the CRL measurement is more than 7mm but we don't see a heart beat, it suggests a pregnancy failure.
Ma'am according to my lmp I was 7weeks 1day but by tvs I was 6weeks 6days . By tvs fetal pole and yolk sac was visible with measurements but no cardiac activity. I am very scary. And doctor suggested to rescan after 10 days After 6weeks 6days also there is no heart beat is that a sign of miscarriage
This could happen if the pregnancy is a little smaller than 5 weeks 6 days. You could repeat the ultrasound in 1-2 weeks to check for fetal pole and heart beat

You can wait for 10 days and repeat an ultrasound. Sometimes the dates are not accurate and ovulation may have happened a little later. Also, a TVS Ultrasound is more accurate than an abdominal one. If you don't want to wait 10 days, get a blood test beta hcg and repeat it in 48 hours. If it's doubling, then it suggests a growing pregnancy

If we see a fetal pole, you should repeat the ultrasound after a week to check for heart beat. But usually if the CRL measurement is more than 7mm but we don't see a heart beat, it suggests a pregnancy failure.

Mam,TVS done at 5wk 6 dys... gestational sac is 16.4 mm with a yalk sac..but no foetal pole..is it normal
This could happen if the pregnancy is a little smaller than 5 weeks 6 days. You could repeat the ultrasound in 1-2 weeks to check for fetal pole and heart beat

No fetal pole at 6week by abdominal USG. How long to wait
You can wait for 10 days and repeat an ultrasound. Sometimes the dates are not accurate and ovulation may have happened a little later. Also, a TVS Ultrasound is more accurate than an abdominal one.
If you don't want to wait 10 days, get a blood test beta hcg and repeat it in 48 hours. If it's doubling, then it suggests a growing pregnancy
