    Great video Tracey and loved that you also showed and talked about solutions too. Please don’t take any notice of the negative comments. The trolls have one job and that is to undermine and knock your confidence. They’ll criticise something, you’ll fix it, again and again. And guess what - they’re not making content to share! I don’t look at the background or your nails or anything else, I’m watching what and how you’re doing something and listening to you - love your chat! Crafting is rarely neat and tidy 😂 Keep going - you have great ideas and content ❤

    OMG How cute are those! I love the way they turned out! Tracey this was a great idea. I don't understand why people think this wouldn't work. I sure couldn't do bead work with long nails. But you do it beautifully! A thing I've done with these molds with resin is put either 4 or 6 mm beads or pearls in the molds then fill it the rest of the way with resin. Either clear, clear with glitter, or whatever color I think won't hide the beads.

    Just found this old video of yours as it’s eco pour - I have some but not tried it yet, time is what I need 😂 - I love these little beads and the bracelet ~ but wow you said ppl complaining about your nails, total madness 😢
    Bless you I watch because you make amazing stuff not because of your nails!! ❤

      Thanks :) As you know that is just what crafters hands end up looking like - and my nails are not naturally white. Nowadays I hide them with polish :) LIke you I thought it was abotu crafts, not nails, otherwise I'd have started a nail art channel lol. Enjoy Eco Pour, it's fab stuff. I'll be doing more videos on it soon.

    I'll need to try this. I've been making epoxy resin beads with that mold, but they feel too light for proper jewellery, apart from earrings. I'm also currently testing how durable eco resin is for pendants, but my tests are literally frozen at the moment.

    I must admit that I don't use ecopour or even resin. I do diamond painting, but I just really enjoy watching you and other creators & the beautiful things you make. I was just curious because I've never seen any of you do it (and I apologize if I've simply missed it) but can you color any of the ecopours with mica powder? I assume because it cures opaque that you probably wouldn't get the shimmer of mica, but I wondered if it could even be done.

    • @miniscenesgb
      @miniscenesgb  9 месяцев назад

      I have a whole video on colouring these materials. I did try Mica, it just gets lost and you don't get the shimmer. you can paint it onto the mould first and that sorta works. but really we need to think of these eco water based and white products differently to resin. there's things that work with Eco Pour that don;t work with resin and visa versa. I will demo this specifically in a video soon, so thanks for raising the question

    • @miniscenesgb
      @miniscenesgb  9 месяцев назад +1

      Go for it! You will need a lot of white powder to make it as white as Eco Pour and I you have to weigh and measure it accurately - which is why I use Eco Pour instead lol. Enjoy, you should get good results, just a bit more to do

    I'm new to eco pour, but the problem I'm having is it still quite brittle even after days/weeks of it curing. I seal with a wax but it makes no difference. Please can you tell me how to stop this from happening?

    • @miniscenesgb
      @miniscenesgb  9 месяцев назад

      Video coming soon on this. If you're using actual Eco Pour, then pour a little deeper and it'll be rock hard within a day. I can't comment on other eco casting powders as nowadays I only use Eco Pour as personally I find it easiest to use. Sealing with wax makes no difference as you say. Coating with UV resin works well though
