QT, try sticking the meat and cheese back in the oven on a cooking sheet at about 400 degrees Fahrenheit for a bit until heated. Then reassemble burger. I never use my microwave to reheat my food for that reason.

QT let me help you with something. when u do ur burger buns or other small things, just make a "claw" out of ur hand and just do circles on the table with the buns between ur hand and the table obviously. its way faster. and idk if u guys dont have it, but try to get fresh yeast for ur doughs. u bake quite often so u will use it in time and the taste is way better.
keep it up tho, watching ur videos daily since like 2 weeks. happy 4th of july from germany (im a baker btw, thats why im giving u the tips :P )
