The idea of NL's new neighbor going like: "Hey Ryan, you rolled past 2 bisons in the last sap episode" is incredibly funny to me, because you know it is just the kind of overstepping of personal boundaries and twitch seeping into his personal life that Ryan would absolutely HATE!

It's a great game, not that fun single player but a great co-op game to chat and have fun with. I've played around 50 hours and still love it.

18:44 Flooring installer here. You'd be extremely lucky to find someone to sand down your entire floor. Every single plank would need to be carefully removed, sanded down to the exact same level, re-bevelled, re-varnished, re-sealed and finally re-fitted. All of this without causing any damage to any of the planks (which is incredibly common especially when removing them after they have settled over the years). Its simply faster, cheaper and easier to replace the entire floor (assuming you don't have any spare planks left over from the original fitting). Also none of this can be done with laminated flooring, which is often mis-categorized as hardwood by customers.
You can hold the skill button to somewhat alter the effects. Some weapons like the bow also have a hold feature. Hope he keeps playing this game.

Bleeding was the process that a dark side adept used by way of the dark side of the Force to bend a kyber crystal to their will, turning it red.
Technically, you can sand down the entire floor. You can sand a hardwood floor 2-3 times before you start running out of wood. The 3rd time, you may need to put in new nails.
Star Wars fact for Dan, kyber crystals (the crystals that power lightsabers) don’t naturally occur in red. A sith creates a red blade by “bleeding” the kyber crystal with their malicious force energies, so you do in fact have to be evil to have a red lightsaber.

At least in the US, you can do small claims yourself reasonably well. As long as you can file a complaint, they will wilt and settle for 5k.
