It’s so many of my old favorites in this grocery haul, I’m on a weight-loss journey I was 500 pounds I’m down to 300lbs the more I do research on the food that we are eating. The food is made sold in stores’ please read the ingredients of the food you’re putting in your body as I’m still learning, but a lot of the foods are toxic made with that oils, sugar, high, fructose, corn syrup, coloring and unhealthy dyes etc. Especially all those snacks I remember shopping like this no judgment I wish somebody would’ve told me this years ago. The package is for entertainment. The back of the packages with the i ingredients for education.

I like the way sams packages the chicken but it hate the glue that holds the bags to each other I feel like it’s going to rip the plastic when I try to separate them!

Hi Selle! Love your videos! I have a large family and I swear by having a mini fridge for drinks to have more food space in the fridge! We keep ours in the living room area so it’s easy for guests to help themselves! ❤ oo and I have a vacuum meat sealer too whenever we buy wholesale meat! Game changers!

You don't need to eat it at all. It is just for fun. Suffocation main problem. You need to lose weight. Until you will be skinny you can't eat . No more food in your life. Relax you can save money on food consumption forever. Starvation is cool. You will be great. This stuff is for the beauty of the habitat. It was a very colorful video. I enjoyed it so much. Stay healthy and slim by not eating these products. The organization🤩🤩🤩 is very professional. Enjoy the fresh air instead of food.

I use a cutting board to squash the ground meat down inside the bag. Helps keep the meat uniform in squishiness lol
