Are you experiencing annoying lag with v0.2.3? something like the world aroud you stutter (to me occurs only offline)

I'm not sure if v0.2.3 is the cause, but since I'm playing in VR, I do encounter very rare instances of momentary blackouts or minor lag. While it can sometimes interfere with driving, I try not to let it bother me too much.
