    To clarify , the gluteus Maximus is the strongest muscle in the body by its gross output of force , but if you also wanted to know the strongest muscle compared to its weight that would be the masseter. These are the best animation anatomy videos I have seen.

    I suffer from multiple sclerosis and my main problem is leg motor skills. The videos really help me to visualize where my weaknesses lie and to keep myself as fit as possible with appropriate exercises. Thank you very much for that

    Excellent video. Great visuals. Good work! I've been teaching anatomy for exercise/ pilates/ personal trainers for years and wish I'd had these graphics. I do however use materials like this now to explain movement and stability to my own clients. Excellent 👌
