Video is awesome. I love to do privacy settings including security settings using group policy editor and or by using Registry editor. i am using group policy editor from 2010 inwards
Very useful ,also you made a mistake for disable windows error reporting where it needs to be enable because the setting is already for disabled function.

Hi 👋 Britec, I have a problem please help me I followed some of these steps and I have lost one feature was very help to me as Students , The features is the *direction* on Microsoft was helping me in the printing on word .😢 Now it's disappear . I back to active setting and make voice activation ,Microphone on. All but still not come back 😔
does O&OShutup10 do the same? I'm thinking about going back to Windows 10 because Windows have little bit stable than it was before but one thing I don't care much about Windows is how much you have to turn off to not let MS collect so much info on your computer and how hard it is to customize Windows how I want it to be. Not making this a Windows vs Linux comment because I love my Linux but I'm taking college classes and we are mainly learning on Windows services and also my grandma owns a business I'm her IT and I'm the family IT support lol. What is a best Windows anti spyware tool in your opinion, again not making this a Linux vs Windows comment and I'm not a tinfoil hat type of person but stuff like keylogging and services that I don't use collects my info.
Like #108, yes I watched it all, matter of fact I recorded it so I can go slow off line to do most of this, Just wanted to say TY for this and all the other stuff you have posted, its been a great deal of help for this 80+ and trying to remember how to do stuff on the PC Desk Top, Til next Time, Later
@@Britec09 lol Yeah, if you want an update to take away the check box for the programs you prefer to use and force you to shop the MS store instead of choosing a program from your own hard drive.. Better to use StopUdates10 as well as O&OShutup10
The biggest problem here is that most (99.99%+) of these are gibberish and probably unnecessary to be there in the first place. Personally it irritates me (I was going to use a different word but the text police may have intervened) when a comfortably set up program reverted to some daft standard setting when the program updates. Perhaps these sweet young things doing all this upgading should learn how to note the existing configuration and retain it. Even better - stop changing it. My first PC type computer had a 4K boot monitor which installed something not much bigger. Had the Internet. Not the WEB thng and did as much then as I do now over a 57K baud modem - apart from watching this and other RUclips things. Would have needed to use Gopher.
Very useful for administrators and paranoid Pete syndrome.
Glad you enjoyed it.

Like it or not windows has spyware regardless of settings there no evidence that changing the settings even does anything since its closed source

That guy Don warned me for asking to become staff, but can I get out of that 2 week ban?
That was my final infraction
On your discord server again
I have quit Discord and I rage so hard at Don for warning me at my last chance.
You have been unbanned and check your DM's
You have been unbanned.
It'll just switch itself back, which the uploader knows very well.
O&OShutUp10 will do the trick. It's freeware.
Just export settings and the import after update, simple. O&OShutUp10 is only using polices and registry keys. its the same thing
