The part that really hit me is why cant ppl allow ppl or and children to have or express their anger or when they are really upset ..As a middle age person who has history of childhood truama ,i had so much supresssed anger from the first 16 years of having to supress it that it caused long term emotional problems that are still present to this day .

loved this! Love all of Ad lex Howard's work. Jon-Kabat-Zinn has a book title "Whereever you go there you are - mindfullness meditation in everyday life. Has taken me over 50 years to fully embody this concept!
