    Coach Holly....you rocked this workout....I tried to keep up and didn't do too bad but definitely couldn't talk through it like you. I'm sure this will really be great for me and my abs/core

    I watched this month's ago but put off until today. It looked hard and I was right. It was hard. I did easy versions but my back feels great after. I found body rock hard to do well. Going to practice. Great workout

    I'm quite a fit cyclist [I cycle in the Peak District] but I can't do this workout. Perhaps you could make an intermediate version. Thanks.

      Totally! Check out some of the modifications I give for the movements (specifically the V ups and hollow rocks). You can also change the rep scheme to me smaller and more manageable. Because I agree, this one kicked my butt!

    The last workout I feel comfortable in hold the pose. For now. To rock the body it doesnot for me of now. The rest are great hunn

    i tried doing the Vup but my chin and tummy started to jiggle. It was embarrassing!!!

      If your muscles were shaking, it's a sign you were working hard. That's where the gains come in. Don't give up - it sounds like you're doing it right :)

    At 190lbs I can barely do one rep of each. I’ll do one rep till I can do two and keep it up.
