I watched this month's ago but put off until today. It looked hard and I was right. It was hard. I did easy versions but my back feels great after. I found body rock hard to do well. Going to practice. Great workout
Totally! Check out some of the modifications I give for the movements (specifically the V ups and hollow rocks). You can also change the rep scheme to me smaller and more manageable. Because I agree, this one kicked my butt!
If your muscles were shaking, it's a sign you were working hard. That's where the gains come in. Don't give up - it sounds like you're doing it right :)

The last workout I feel comfortable in hold the pose. For now. To rock the body it doesnot for me of now. The rest are great hunn
i tried doing the Vup but my chin and tummy started to jiggle. It was embarrassing!!!

At 190lbs I can barely do one rep of each. I’ll do one rep till I can do two and keep it up.
