Bleid SyncS ???
@@Reizorblade-27 La mayoría de veces en que la gente sueña un vídeojuego termina siendo algo más agrandado, nuestra mente me agrega varios extras haciéndola ver como el mapa de este Hackrom.
Let's be honest, this is a really cool concept.
If this could be ported over the PC port of SM64 and get improvements with the handful of broken/buggy things, as well as multiplayer support, it would be a lot of fun to play.
open world Sm64
No you cant Nintendo shuts it down
Alexander Avila You just can't distribute a compiled version of the game. Everything else is pretty much allowed.
Fortnite 64
Yo, a fellow temper, heya 👋
this is such a chill video. I love that he doesn't get frustrated when the rom hack gets janky.
This gives me a feeling of dread and anxiety. It feels like something I’d see in a nightmare.
At least someone with who I agree!
i got the same feeling with this one here ruclips.net/video/XvOna96QCOM/видео.html
I know what you're talking about, I was looking at the comments to find someone who felt the same way I did. I search the name of this feeling and is it called agoraphobia, the fear of open spaces. Funny thing is that I don't suffer from this fear but this hack has shown to be a HUGE exception for me.
Super mario 64 2 I would of been surprised if wart was the boss
i get these nighmares mostly when im sick lol
Back in the day: whole world map!
Now: *BATTLE ROYALE MAP!!!*
Did you mean: *Minecraft Hunger Games.*
We also don’t mind if it is Among Us Hide and Seek.
Back back in the days: Open world.
I want someone to do this with Banjo-Kazooie and Tooie.
That would be amazing.
I’ve always wanted to see the entire Isle o hags in a single skybox.
Tooie's levels are already connected, so I think it'd be unneccessary for that. It makes sense for Mario 64 and Kazooie though, because you kind of teleport to levels.
Ryan Schmidt Yeah but it’d be cool to jump off cloud cookoo land and instead of dying to just land in a random area instead.
@@ryanschmidt3913 Yes, but without loading zones and tunnels. That's a big difference.
Im glad im not the only person to see potential in this. I wish he expanded on this idea, when I was in the stream where he was explaining how this can be done, I thought it was really cool and interesting and wanted to see a full rom hack using this concept.
Now it is TRULY an open world adventure!
>Pronouncing "chimney" as "chiminey"

That's how I pronounce it.

Dude, awesome. This would be such a cool Smash stage if it was one of those tour-like levels like Skyloft or Mute City.
This, this is really cool! I don't care about the whole "battle royal" thing, but seeing all the levels loaded at once, and everything connected, is cool!
An Isle Delfino equivalent to this would be amazing. The dream would be having all of the water, enemies, and NPCs in their proper places. God, that would be amazing
Google super Mario sunburn!
@@macre64
I actually found out about Sunburn not long after I made that comment. While Sunburn IS amazing, it’s not quite the seamless world I’m looking for (zero loading screens). Hopefully someday 🤞
I remember this! It would actually be really cool with a bunch of different characters and moves or collectible powerups to match the whole go collect and gear up first thing.
I didnt realize I’ve dreamt about these stages in my most subconscious deep sleeps until I just saw this video. Which is kinda weird
It feels like a level something you would see in roblox back in 2009.
I like how they use the silver stars from 64 DS
Kaze's SM64 programming skills are just insane. I wonder if it's still in Assembly or whether he can write it in C.
15:45 I know and I apologize. That switch in Stalagmite Cave is just a disaster.
I remember joining the stream when Kaze started making this romhack. I remember when he removed the walls of Jolly Roger Bay and when he was trying to figure out what to do with Shifty Sand Land because most levels are squares, but SSL is not a perfect square
Merlon: The entire Mushroom Kingdom's villains are about to forget their enmity with Mario
Mario: All of them! Mamma Mia! Can some of them still know we are enemies?
Merlon: That's not how the spell works...
Mario: So Bowser is about to forget about everything we been through? On the Galaxy? All over Yoshi's Island? I mean I'm nothing without Bowser...
Merlon: Alright. Fine, All villains of Mushroom Kingdom are about to forget their enmity except Bowser
Mario: Just what i needed!... Wait! The Broodals!
Merlon: Who the heck are they?
Mario: I met the whole world thanks to them...
Merlon: Mario, Stop tampering the spell...
Mario: But... King Boo? Wart?
*they both start being stunned by the magic until it goes away*
Mario: Mamma Mia! What just happened?

Wow. Definitely digging this guy's chillaxed Canadian accent / voice.
That hole that leads to the invisibility cap...the actual outcome and your subsequent confusion made me actually laugh.
54:58 Very majestic edit
It's amazing what you can do to these games no matter how old they are
re: Super Mario 3D All-Stars
thanks for being the first person i’ve heard with the same opinion as me. i really wish they would have updated the graphics when we’ve had VC ports as long as we have... kind of a waste of time to buy imo unless you’re extremely into Sunshine and Galaxy being in HD
Or maybe you haven't played them yet?
BigboiAriel And what’s the harm on playing them with updated graphics? It’s an easy cash grab with minimal effort which doesn’t surprise me with present day Nintendo. Mario 64 has come out on Wii and WiiU and most people are tired of it. Imagine a reimagining of the inside of Peach’s Castle with modern day graphics. Such a missed opportunity.
R i s k people like you will just find a reason to complain about anything. i’m excited as fuck and i’ll be watching the calendar for the next week because i’m excited to play all these games from my childhood
Or if you can't afford to play the games anywhere else
Trent Nah man I’m just pointing out what I see. I love Nintendo to death but even I can see when they’re fucking up. We’re getting charged 60$ for ports with widescreen and a bit of upscaling. You want proof of why it’s an easy cash grab? The game is on sale for 6 months and it’ll be gone. All they wanted was a quick buck with a topping of nostalgia. Look at Super Mario 3D World, it’s getting more content. Why? Cause it’s easier to build upon a modern looking game. It’s all minimal effort for Nintendo right now and people are still throwing money at them. The multibillion dollar company will get away with it.
This would be so fun to play through if each world was connected seamlessly
Who else has been saying "Use the Wing Cap, you have 200+ coins?"
Friggen especially when he was near-death several times in LLL.
At the same time, it'd be very boring if he cheesed the entire thing. The Wing Cap is kinda busted like that.
fans are making mario 64 better than nintendo ever will
Tzer yeah, Nintendo sold 64 as nostalgia must buy, which sucks
They moved on. You haven't
what do you mean
Yeah, because fans can mod it. But Nintendo can’t do that. It will mess up the game.
@@_Tzer You kids are just ungrateful lol without Nintendo making thos game, this mod wouldn't exist lol
I am actually very amazed with how this was all put together.
Does anyone else notice that the commentary of this is really uncanny? A couple people have pointed out that this seems like a commentary over an already existing video? At 2:34 the footage cuts to where Mario is in a different place, and the footage is sped up, but his camera doesn't cut at all. There's several points in the video where the game footage just cuts to Mario being somewhere else. At 21:03 Snooplax looks down (at his phone?) but manages to play while not looking at the screen. Then at 1:10:22 you can see something over his left shoulder. It appears to be his (or someone else's) hair, peeking out from a prerecorded video. Not only that, but he doesn't seem to react to mistakes as someone actually would in real life. If this isn't his first playthrough of the game, why didn't he just do a commentary afterwards and layer over his pre recorded gameplay instead of pretending that he's playing it for the first time?
This level would be dank if this got added into Smash as a stage. If that happens, that will be insane.
It seems like 3D all stars is using Dolphin for sunshine and galaxy, because it has the same glitches.
Kaze makes some really cool Mario 64 projects, this was dope.
He's very dedicated and creative!
This is a very interesting idea
Reminds me of Fortnite
I like how mario is T posing in the thumbnail while in the sky
The Wing Cap takes away Coins when you use it just like when you use Super Sonic and its take away Rings
Hey Snooplax, you look even more adorable with your hair cut short
Underrated channel. Good commentary, not over the top. Binging your vids man
Snooplax: Literally clips into floor
also Slooplax: so this star took me out of the loading zone
I can't wait to see this kind of mod over Zelda ocarina of time and Majora's Mask.
Imagine both together, you can go through each one back and forth. It'll be amazing.
I expected it to be like, each level could be seen in a realistic location in contrast to the others, not just that you could see them where ever
This honestly looks good. Kaze should work on it again and make levels more functional.
now it truly is an open-world game
Now imagine a Super Mario 64 Boss Royale where every boss is all in a single stage and you have to defeat them all.
"Alright, take this slow..." *runs* -- This video gave me a lot of anxiety, but how awesome is this hack? It would be so fun to explore.
Could certainly use a lot of polish, but the potential here cannot be ignored
The one thing about this mod that I wish was in Mario 64 was the ability to get a star and keep playing. Like banjos kazoo is did with puzzle pieces
We need a breath of the wild Mario style open world now!
I mean, it would be cool, but I dunno if it would really work with the mechanics in current Mario games
@MintasticIII that’s not an open world game. It has big worlds, sure. But it’s not open world.
It would be neat to see this brought back with the PC port since there wouldn't be as many limitations that emulators have and have all 120 stars and more seemless loading zones
At 2:30, that wall kick percision is very percise but it is possible.
Edit: At 1:16:16 - 1:16:20 You missed at least 1 star by the rainbow ride castle in the distance
Daytime big boos haunt doesn't exist, it can't hurt you
Daytime big boos haunt:
Banjo-Kazooie desert music in the pyramid. A fine choice. ☀️
Grand Theft Auto 64
Holy fuck this has potential. God bless this source code leak
"Take the Whomp up"
isn't that a Thwomp with a weird model that was fixed in 64DS?
Needs improvement:
Water
Objects and other level gimmicks
Castle accessible
Collected stars turn blue
Red coin counter
Music doesn't stop playing
Metal and Vanish caps
And make it a battle royale.
1:02 That polys grass texture is actually mapped funky like that in the original too, and I also tend to call the front of the castle the courtyard too, lol I can't even remember what it's ACTUALLY called now.
wow this is really cool. open world Mario 64
Using the information from that Nintendo leak it might be possible to actually make this 100% playable. With all of the 120 stars and correct collections and all the objects and models loaded correctly. It would probably be hard but possible.
recently discovered your channel its great , and this video is a testament to your sm64 ability , good job!
As a kid, I always thought it would be cool to see all the levels connected someday.
You would see this in like a dream back when super mario 64!!!!
Don't know what to think about the whole battle royale thing, butthr whole world thing feel more natural in a way, encountered a bit of missing models and stuff, i dont think kaze will update this ROM anymore, but a was fun while lasted....
Snooplax looks so cute 😳
Honestly we need more games like this
0:02 *_IT LOOKS LIKE IF MARIO WAS SCARED OF HEIGHTS_*
Holllllyyyy crap! You’re always checking out amazing stuff
Are you playing while recording this or just commenting over pre recorded footage? At 21:03 you look down for a few seconds but are still able to collect a star. It feels a bit misleading if this is the case as it looks like you are holding a controller the whole time and your commentary suggests that you’re discovering things for the first time. Can you comment?
lol, it doesn't matter, and some people need a script to make a good video. I'm not good enough at talking, so i know i would need a script.
@@deepmind5318 I don't mind it being scripted. I mind that he is misleading viewers into thinking that he's playing when he clearly isn't. If he wants to make scripted videos, that's fine but make it clear. Faking reactions to everything is cringe.
@@PolarisTheRandom I totally agree, like why put yourself through that for like almost an hour and a half? Just say at the video like "Hey guys I'm just being commentating over one of my past videos of me playing this for the first time." Instead he pretends to play it in real time, even though parts of the video are sped up, and there are footage cuts everywhere, and he doesn't comment on why Mario seemingly "teleports" to random locations, even though the camera is actually just cutting to a different part of the footage.
@@PolarisTheRandom how is it cringe? The video is done well and it doesn’t come across as over-played expressionismn which would be cringy. This video is fine either way
I wish someone made a Spyro 1 mod like that. The areas there should connect more naturally.
This mod and stream was so good I watched all of it lmao
I love me some Odyssey, but imagine if they had done something like this, where it's one giant cohesive open world?
Open world sand boxes are a fools pit, it always sounds ambitious in practice but on execution very few pull it off to astounding success. Two of which are Zelda and Witcher. Platforming games are simple so Mario has the means to pull it off but if it were this open the focus and structure will be lost
On a system that is powerful enough to handle it.
@@TheGrandRevo Great points, I agree. BotW for instance was so brilliantly engineered, they way it selectively renders things in the distance relative to Link's position. I just wish they would attempt to pull it off for 3D Mario. They never will, though, 3D Marios never sell well enough to justify.
I wonder if you could include more objects in each level if, instead of grouping every single map in one, you were to instead group each level with shared music together. I actually think that would be better.
mario asserting dominance in that thumbnail
Kaze Emanuar is a beast
Super Melee adventure 64 was a badass one as well.
Nice new camera also
I subbed. Great work bro!
36:46 Perfectly executed bonk
This is the best mod I've ever seen for Super Mario 64, but why is there no water?
I mean, to be fair, I don't think Kaze would be able to fit all the objects into their proper places without making the game unplayable and laggy.
It would be too taxing on a normal computer
Super Mario 64: The Ultimate One Level Challange
This is a cool concept.
You are too good to not have played this before
I love how all the levels are together!
This mod is actually amazing. These kinds of mods are what the definition of fun is. Sadly, I play only on a normal n64 station and so I can't install any mods. :((
This guy's done some amazing stuff in the past. Even with the Thwomps as elevators, he's utilized the in-game assets in ways the devs could have yet didn't. For a battle royale, this is a neat concept executed very well. Is this the completed mod? Or is he still working on it?
This may demonstrate he intended geography. I'm not sure what's up with the lack of water though.
"well with the magic of editing...."
neat how they have the video games original music in it! :)
Alright, were we dropping boys, Bob-omb battle field or Jolly Roger Bay?
This is a cool idea and impressive even with the many sacrifices that were needed, but these levels are so drained of life it's a little depressing.
The Guiding Lands of Super Mario 64.
This looks amazing...
I would play a Super Mario 64 Dark Souls hack with all of DS1's map recreated. That would be fun.
This guys videos so chill
I'm happy it wasn't updated on the look for the nostalgia
I would call this a legendary playthrough. You practiced a bit for sure! Watching your play though was definitely intense.
But you were cool as a cucumber. Is this Jojo's bizarre adventure?
Mario 64DS having a run button was a perk to me. Made it easier to run and walk. Walking was a stupid mechanic you use like twice, so I like holding a run button like 2D Mario
The youtube algorithm is having a field day with this video. Good job Snooplax!
Wow I never thought about them upgrading m64 ds for 3d allstars. That would have been awesome.
This actually makes more sense
What is the fun music that starts playing near 50:30 with the cool cat meow sound effect?
Ausgezeichnet! Danke sehr!!!
