越南牛肉河粉與牛腩粉是我畢生最愛，牙菜要熟的，吃時和九層塔一起，加上辣椒醬，兩瓶啤酒，胃口好時淨要一大公碗的牛肉才夠癮。可惜如今年老啦，醫生說不能吃肉太多，對身體不健康。

At Pho Con Bo, their quality is quite authentic, but you should try their other dishes as well. I do like their special snacks, especially their mochi balls with green bean & meat fillings

Pho Tien Thanh is now in Michelin Guide for Toronto. No star but still good. Not sure whether it will make them more busy. Worked in the area more than 20 years ago and
they have been the go to Vietnamese place for a long time.

At Bong Lua Vietnamese Restaurant 禾花 you have to try their 119. The most famous tomato crab noodle soup.
I see you both always order the same items at every Viet restaurant for this video. I hope you do try other menu items. I rarely eat these two common dishes you both order because I like to try out other items to see what they specialize in at each place.
It is because we were doing a comparison on two same dishes.

有無發覺開了集團式越南粉店一裝修一样大同小異一牛肉一样產品款色差不多.貴精不貴多不妨去一試近Yonge&steel、Steel west110在TD bank後面 sleep 39:05 country 轉入後面 PHO xxx 越粉等不錯.鄰有間西人餅店蛋糕👍👍👍不妨一試.集團式越粉價差不多搶走家庭式生意.似呼肉量多新鮮.人少時間麵揣上來賣相青綠好吸引一各間廚師手式略有不同.
Shrimps dumplings 好似係： Banh Bot Loc Goi La Chuoi. 如果食Banh Xeo, Bach Yen做得幾好. 去禾花必食： Bun Rieu Cua Noodle Soup, 你們上次介紹的Pho Mi Viet Hoa, 它們 的 Bun Bo Hue 好authentic, 正！！

兩位好，本人唔想掃兩位興，現在越南粉，十間有九間都會用湯料包開水再加味，正常係唔會吩別得出來，因為牛骨實在太貴，我本人試過用十磅骨煲幾個小時後只係得幾碗湯！

Bong Lua was a place also recommended by a local foodie (Suresh Doss - think it is also part of his Scarborough food tour). Should try the ones near Ossington (Pho Tien Thanh and many others) . Also a must try is Anh Dao in Spadina's Chinatown (have the pho alongside their Banh Hoi). The mystery appetizer based on the description, I am suspecting that the wrap is made using Tapioca (the texture looks like tapioca skin dumpling).

A bowl of Pho in Singapore is about 1/3 the size and cost the same.
You should try the restaurant next door. Hunters hut. It has been there for 20+ years. If you want to try classic gwai lo food like old style gwai lo cha chaan teng. Do not expect gourmet. It is homestyle food. Fries and gravy..

I think Pho Tien Thanh on Ossington, Pho Ahn Vu near Yorkdale, and Pho 90 at Stockyard are worth consideration. They are all highly rated. There's always a line up at Pho Ahn Vu, which is unheard of for a Viet Namese restaurant given there are many options.
I personally find the broth of Pho Hung and Pho Dau Bo to be full of MSG.
My go to typically is Pho Con Bo due to their outstanding broth even though it is kind of out of the way for me (but they open at 9 am.)
Thanks for your comments! Yes there are just too many good places to visit but considering difficult to visit all of them especially we have to narrow down a list to 10 places with various locations that are mostly known to my audiences... Otherwise the video would be 1 hour long 😆
Finally made it to The Pho this weekend. Everything is top notch - from the fresh noodle to the broth and the beef tendon. The only drawback is that it is just too dang far for me (in Etobicoke close to the lake.)

Oh forgot to say The Pho at Woodbine and Hwy 7 their 檬 with 3 selections of meat is the best so far its my personal preference ( spring rolls, 烤雞 and betel leave beef rolls).

越南粉居然唔见密市餐厅，密市越南人非常多。密市chinatown简直应该改名Vietnam town。

The one on Birchmount & Huntingwood may serve palatable food but their flagrant lack of service is almost begging me not to go back. Waiting for ten minutes with no acknowledgment whatsoever in a place that is super small & at a time when it isn't busy at all is really not meant to stay in business. Whoever is running this place has something against my money.
