Once a year we do make a best of the year video which shows all the big hits and crashes we have caught over the year. We would like to thank ASE Bangerracing for always making us feel welcome at Speedway Emmen.

How #1 kept that car going after several big hits is impressive. Most would have been going home after the second! :)
Sam Walker yeah that was very impressive but the pit work from the juncko's on the #721 jaguar was proper as well
I like most of the car sports, this too. Yet looking at this makes me dizzy, not because of the cars or drivers, but because of the camera. Please let the cars move, not the screen! Anyway thank you for this clip. And, really, I have once been in Warneton and hope, I still have a chance to see some bangers races. The only problem here are the at least 2.000 km.

Typically the Warneton races seem to have less action but this meet had some monster hits!

Where do these guys get the American classics?
Importing cars from the States isn't cheap. And to me, spending thousands to import a car that you're going to destroy seems a little far fetched.
So, have these cars been in the UK since new?
AnAngryWhiteGuy some were imported as new cars others as used. But all the cars you see in these videos were driven on european roads before they got smashed
I'm assuming that these cars were rotted out and not worth saving? Being as rare as they are in Europe, I'd think they would have at least some collectible value.
AnAngryWhiteGuy most are to far gone for road use so they sell everything from these cars. But there's still plenty of american iron left here :)
Just curious, are many cars are stolen for banger racing? Are there penalties for racers caught racing stolen cars?
I've read comments saying cars are stolen for banger racing. Just want to know if it's true.
AnAngryWhiteGuy there will be a few stolen cars in bangerracing yes but thats just a few in the thousands that are being raced each year. The most cars don't have plates etc when we buy them as they are scrap cars most of time.
Can someone explain the objective? Seems like drivers take themselves out of the race by slamming their cars into the back of another. I get it if they try to wreck someone without damaging their own car, but they arent trying to save their own car. Whats the point?
cJared3b bangerracing isn't a last car driving wins race. First its actually about racing. But most prefer a good crash and the beers after that
Some race to win, others race to wreck. All the vehicles in this are (theoretically) beyond road use, so instead of being crushed, you race the last hurrah out of them, then they get crushed.

I get all that, but when these guys "get vengence" they seem to drive head on into their opponent, smashing their radiator and ending their day on the track.
