Good morning Danny… first I pray that Wanda continues to get stronger❤️🙏. We are in our 70’s and have the opportunity to leave California, sell out and go to the Midwest to purchase a home for cash. It will be so good to not have a mortgage!!! We have a lot of family going with us as it is a very large place and they all serve our Lord! I pray we are making the best decision as California is getting crazier by the day… and very expensive!!!! We never dreamed we could be mortgage free!!!!! Working with an Old Farmer once at about 9 years old and spotting storm clouds moving in, I say Looks Like Bad weather coming. Farmer looks up and says, No Just Different. Ive never forgotten that attitude.

The new America is not looking so good. I have trouble convincing anyone of what I know is coming (already here). My wife was attacked in the library parking lot yesterday by a mentally ill person who smashed the windshield and passenger window out of our car while she was sitting in the car. She was not hurt thankfully. She works about an hour and a half from our place and stays at her parents during the week most of the time. This incident has finally convinced her to quit her job and come home to our cabin in the woods full time.
I saw the video of the sheriff, so much information, thank you to that brave man. By the end of this week I will finally have a freeze dryer 😅, AMEN 🙏. Everything you talk about I 👀 see happening. Praise God I keep my ears and eyes open and my faith and knowledge gets stronger 🙏. God bless you and Wanda 😊

I see things just as you do and truly I believe that scripture of my people will perish for lack of knowledge. I asked a pastor several years ago about if he sees what is coming and his reply was I am busy building g the kingdom to which I said don't the kingdom's people have to eat as well? Many are indeed called but few are chosen. I see the end of this age and I prepare not infear but for the preservation of my household. Yes, knowledge is power. I still have anxiety about future events. I guess I fear suffering more than death. I wish that I could get past that issue. I remind myself even Jesus suffered and multitudes of others. I am not rich but I guess that I have been so sheltered and spoiled with a good, perhaps even “easy” life, it’s hard to accept anything different. Maybe I keep thinking there is something that I can “do” to change future events, but I know that it not possible B/c I believe the Word of God is more accurate than tomorrow’s news reports. Lord increase my faith!

I lived in a medium sized city and there were gosh I bet 5 or 6 main denomination churches or more and hundreds of smaller churches and the crime rate never went down, but went up, the homeless continued, divorce, abortion, promiscuity abounded. Nothing changed. One day I sat at an intersection where there was a huge church on each corner and thought why, why has nothing changed. Because we haven't changed, we haven't allowed Jeshua to come in, the Holy Spirit to come in and change us.
More “churches” is definitely not the answer. Finding any church preacher, pastor, etc that teaches biblical truths is about impossible. Satan is alive and doing very well, right there in church.
This is so well said. This is what I think every time I drive through a town. There is a church on every block. Why aren't the people thriving? So sad!

I sent her the link to the sheriff's site you mentioned. Growing up as a catholic being force fed religion rather than understanding God i have not payed all the much attention. March 2020 changed all that. God has started talking to me the last 6 months and I'm finally there. My dad quoted from Matthew our entire childhood.

Sweet potatoes are my favorite also, my dad lived to be 83 and our family all agree that he was always healthy because of eating alot of them.
I've only got about an acre and a half, so animals are not an option other than maybe a couple of chickens. I am putting in a bunch of hazelnut trees, which will attract squirrels, turkeys, and quail. We also have rabbits and deer, but after a collapse, those are all gonna dry up pretty quick, so I'm assuming meat will be scarce.
You’ve got enough room to raise 5 hens to provide protein and fertilizer. Add in a trio of meat rabbits and you’ve got more CLEAN protein and oodles of fertilizer! Watch as Danny and Wanda are building a more “intense” method of raising veg in small spaces. You can absolutely gain good food on your ppty! Good luck to you. 👍🏻
There are several sources for small scale meat, including quail for meat and eggs, Guinea pigs (called cuy and raised for meat in their native habitat) ducks and/or chickens for eggs, and rabbits.
I listen to a lot of you a lot of people but I can't talk to other because they will stop listening to me even I have to think about a lot of things when I go to the store and see everything looks good and I think I'm crazy for listening to these videos also .
But I also buy up things like extra set of break pads and rotors when I use up what I have even have oil changes for my vehicle's and have food in pantry .
And solar security lights , and chargeable batteries which don't last that long and takes almost 15 hours to charge which I think 🤔 why buy them same thing when you live by yourself you wonder why? But I still try . I even have a atlas and a whined up small am/FM radio with solar on it just in case something happens I can put in a to go pack .I have cast iron and other camping stuff and blankets but I think to myself if nothing happens or I have to move what then where do we go .
I think a lot of people think this to . Keep up with porch time glad that Wanda and you are doing better and hopefully you and your neighbors have a great year at growing and bumper crops .

We are considering uprooting and moving to Kentucky. Everything is so expensive here! Wondering why you said that decision wouldn't be wise? I hope we are making the right decision. I pray on it always.

There's a few things you said that I haven't thought of, Mr. Danny. I appreciate what you share and will pass it on to my grown children. I have been prepping for a while. Even gave my girls prepping gifts for the holidays and their birthdays over the past few years. Just want to make sure they're somewhat covered. At first, they thought I was nuts, but my oldest gave her heart to the Lord and we're working on my youngest to do the same. It's not our decision. She has to come to that decision and we are biting at the bit waiting to hear her share those words. In the meantime, we're doing what we have to do to get through some rougher times. Thanks for all the time you & Miss Wanda devote to sharing gardening, canning, storing, raising animals, etc. It's so appreciated!
Good morning Mr Danny and Mrs Wanda you ask a question that we ask. I've been paying attention since 2011 to how the two political parties always seem to swap rolls depending upon who was in office. I had a father who was extremely involved in politics for the state of Tennessee and after his and my mother's death I just started seeing things in a different way. We, my husband and I, value our time that we spend with Deep South homestead because we know we are going to learn something at the end of the video. Sweet Danny! God used you to give me an answer. I’ve said many times “so heavenly minded that they are no earthly good”. I was wondering if I was wrong by saying that. I was a little worried. I asked God to forgive me if I was wrong by using that phrase. I needed to know if I was truly wrong. Then this porch time, God used you to give me my answer. You are correct in preparing. I do my best. My family won’t prepare, so I have prepared for myself and my grandson. We are in good shape. I wish that I could prepare for 10-12, but that isn’t financially possible for me to accomplish. May God continue to Bless you and Miss Wanda! Y’all have surely been a Blessing to me. Trying to wake everyone up as to what's fixing to happen.
I found out who my friends really truly are when I went down on a medical issue. I'm still not 50% back but, I get my chores done and that's it. Watching RUclips is playing a number on my stomach. I listened only to garden and building videos right now. This is the first condo time in 3-4 weeks I had enough energy to listen. Anything over 10 minutes I'm zapped on strength. I lost a lot of stomach muscles in this bacterial infection
Oh my dear, I understand what you are going thru! To see “friends” disappear is heartbreaking at a time when we need their support. I am now 11 1/2 months into a medical issue that changed everything. Energy? Please allow yourself the grace to live within your current limitations. ❤ What you ALWAYS have the time and energy for is prayer and communion with the Lord. My health disaster has become an amazing blessing and has built my faith ten-fold. May God grant you improving health and inner strength. 🙏🏻
I've had a major life change in the last few years, but will not let it stop me from preparing and praying. God gives us strength if we ask, just some like me, at a slower pace.

This hits home so hard. I’ve been so busy, I work 2 jobs, trying to save up some extra money. I help my dad and my husband has health issues. I have a small garden. I have big plans but not so much time. I’m going to cut down on the 2nd job so I can garden and process the food better. In the meantime I’m working around the house trying to better prepare. I wonder how many people get caught off guard because they heard the message but get too wrapped up in the daily grind to follow through. We aren’t allowed to have chickens in my town. Don’t know why. Residents have been requesting it. Want to move, get some land. Looks like there’s a lot of details to that as well. And depending on where you move to, your new neighbors may not want you and even make your life miserable. I’m praying for the resources and mostly God’s direction on this. Even if it means staying put.
Look into getting quail, and rabbits. They are both quiet and reproduce quickly.

Here's another good one people will ask, what degree do you have? I just look at them and say I don't. I have a few certificates but I don't have a degree. And you are right in starting your own business. It's so much better to not work for someone else. Owning your own business you get taxed to death and have to keep up with paperwork, websites and on and on. But I wouldn't trade it for working for someone else. Basically you have to work your tail off for what you earn. Also I agree we are going through a new era. Our churches have for the most part gone downhill with so much division and it's difficult to find a church that you are comfortable with and the word of God is being preached. Those are my words in the church. But as I listened to the end of the video you explained the church nowadays much better than I could.
IMO, too many people mistake a human organization or institution for a genuine RELATIONSHIP with Him. The first is like an empty shell, the second is a living entity whose existence, identity, and purpose are in Him.

At 20 years of age I was saved, which was the best part. The worst part is that I started being groomed and moulded by well-meaning mentors into a denominational ideology, which, for the most part, I can agree with the biblical doctrine. Part of it though, wore me out over the years as I became aware of how commercialized and Americanized Christianity had become and that I had become a part of it without meaning to. It took me decades to get brave enough (or foolish enough) to step away from it and just enjoy a simple loving relationship with the Lord who had truly saved me. I enjoy your condo enlightenments!

I do not rely on my pastor to be my only exposure to Scripture. God wants me every day in his word to grow me, correct me and bless me. It is a mistake to expect a building or group to be your total exclusive spiritual feeding.
Likely if you relied only on your pastor, it would take 1,000 years to study the bible!
