PS+ is only required to play online multiplayer in most PS4 games, not all, it's not required for any apps or anything. The original idea for PS+ was a subscription service where you would get games you could play at no extra cost, discounts, free avatars, early access etc. Nothing like the point of XBL Gold.

I like how there was absolutely 0 difference between the Xbox One and Ps4 gameplay of Tomb Raider but people who bought a PS4 will convince themselves that their console looks better.
People say it's a higher resolution and has more frames per second. I have a PS4, and I can never see the difference of 30 to 60 frames and 720p to 1080p on any game, let alone TR. There's not that big of a difference in TR, in my opinion. I don't care for native 1080p and 60fps.
thesamuraiman I think it's more the fact that these is a difference, I mean at the end of the day there are 2 consoles competing for the same space, third party games coming out for both really need to be judged because this signifies which console it runs on better, and the actual fact is PS4 is pushing alot more performance at the start than xbox one is, no matter if you don't care and cannot tell the difference, these are the facts.
Sean Berry It is a matter for me, for us, for the consumer. I bought the PS4 over the XB1 because I wanted to play PS4 exclusive games, not because AC4 looks best on PS4 (But it does). I know that there is a difference, but that's a job for the developer to worry about, not a reason for consumers to be getting into a fight over. Because "at the end of the day" we're all gamers enjoying what we bought... Most of us, anyway.
I completely agree with and thats the reason i bought a ps4 first and foremost i know the exclusives will be coming and there quality is outstanding i'll get a xbox one once it comes down in price and is smaller and there exclusives are out.

I bet PS now will work like steam after a while. You buy what you want and it's on your "account" and you install and play at your own time. Or you can have an option like Netflix, where you can only have like 1 or 2 games installed at a time linked to your "account" and play what you want as long as it's available.
with the buy or stream, I don't feel like they're fighting but rather as a, what ever makes you happy, if you'd rather pay something for a month and get all these games streamed, or pay £4 per PS1 game and have them for keeps! I really wish these people would be more careful with what they say as they are the largest gaming group on the web (for better or worse) so they do have some degree of pull. What they said about the next gears is terrible Judgment was the "different" one. and the vast majority of gears fans, me and all my friends included, hated the changes 3 was FAR superior. We want a new gears more like 3, new enemies and the campaign tweaks were fine but for god sakes bring back the old control scheme and balancing (call of duty sized health bars anyone) I know a lot of casual Gears players liked the new changes but we are the main audience who spend 1000s of hours on these, casuals have new shooters every year let us at least have our 3 year installments of Gears. and main problem 2 mocking PS1+2 emulation. I would pay up to 150$ for a box that attaches to a ps3 (or 4) to play my old games if they let me save them on the PS3 itself. The memory cards aren't made anymore and are really unreliable between the PS1 2 and GameCube I've had 11 memory cards die on me and I kept them well in cases and all. Soon my huge installment of old games wont be playable anymore and they are making fun of them for "modern" games? games like Knack absolutely BLOW compared to the old Spyros and Crash Bandicoots I know those are on PS network but what about less known (but still great) games that will never make their way into the market like Dark Cloud, or Drakengaurd? Playstation made the problems themselves when they took the Backwards Compatibility out of the PS3 so they better fix it despite what the more viewed among the web like to think.

Simon Hil *artistic camera, *simple controls (RE4 had the exact same controsl smartass), *Voice acting was only bad in the first titles. RE remake had very fitting voice acting. But it's not any better in RE4, more try hard. *Non-linear gamplay *challanging gameplay that made you think about your supplies instead of run and gunning through hordes of enemies wich would just refill everything you just wasted. And creepy athmosphere. If you don't like a genere, don't play it instead of ruinig it by turning it into something completely different
