love all your tools! Love if you could give some support since I can´t fringe tissue paper, don´t know if I put too much pressure or not enough, it just wrinkle the paper :'(

Hi Mariana, we recommend pushing the blades down to pierce the paper first, and then pushing the blades away from your body while they're still down. Also, be sure the guide arm is secured shut to hold the tissue in place. If that doesn't help, please reach out to customer service at [e-mail].
