I just purchased this tool thank you for the thorough and inspiring video!!!! we r memory keepers is a big portion of my craft supplies, I just also purchased the evolution which I am in love with I seriously need the magnetic plate though as mine didn't come with it but I can see where I need it thank you for the video, and the wonderful products you strive to bring us

I simply love my goodie bag guide I have made so many bags however my guide ruler will not stay together I put tape on it and it is just fine.

Can someone identify for me the type of paper that works for making gift bags using the Gift Bag Punch Board? I keep scoring cracks and tears regardless of the paper. Very frustrating. Thank you.
Hi Teri. We're so sorry for your frustration. We have two suggestions for you:
1. Try using solid core cardstock or other cardstock weight paper (60 lb or more)
2. Try using less pressure when scoring

I like this tool a lot! However when I bought it for some odd reason it seems as it it came 'loose'? has this happened to anyone else?

What is the biggest size bag that we can make with this tool?
Hello! The tool works with papers up to 12 x 12 inches, so the widest the bag can be is about 5 1/2 inches, and the tallest would be about 9 inches. Hope that helps.

To much work and rip paper wish there was a blade and not tear. Hate anything i have to tear never works
