Hey Ryan, I wear an XL regular and it is fitted but not too tight. If you want a little looser fit I would go with a 2x, otherwise the 1x should be a tailored look. Hope this helps!

I've just officially switched from business casual to Figs, and had been reluctant because I didn't think the hospital pajamas look was good for earning patient trust. But well-fitting Figs scrubs seems to be an OK compromise.

Do these scrubs shrink in the wash?
Not much! If they do, it’s minimal. There is a minimal shrink after putting them in the dryer. They stretch out as you were them though.

I my experience, not much. The material may shrink minimally, but stretches out when worn for about an hour.
