Dubris - The Roman Saxon Shore Fort at Dover, Kent

The remains of Dubris - the Roman Saxon Shore Fort at Dover.
Most of the ruins are located below ground level, next to the ruins of the Dover Painted House.
One bastion is visible above ground level, this is located behind the Dover Library / Discovery Centre complex.
Also included at ground level are the remains of the Abbey Church of St Martin-le-Grand, which was built over part of the site of the fort.
