Mission: To help people act, think, and live wiser through knowledge provided by the experienced and well qualified.
A Wise Way Organization is dedicated to providing the world with the proper words of advice through video interviews, books, and written stories. We have developed highly valued material by interviewing professionals about their career, and individuals about their success in overcoming a particular hardship.
A Wise Way is aware of the rapidly growing trend of learning both quickly and easily. The younger generation in particular, is interested in learning the most information in the shortest amount of time or what we call “INSTANT LEARNING”. By creating concise material under 5 minutes, we appeal to those who seek this method of education for their primary source of information. We know that with our condensed informative content, we are improving this new way of learning.
Our committed staff consists of Humanitarian Award Recipients, highly experienced community mentors, and people who are going through the trials and tribulations themselves. Most importantly, our staff consists of individuals who have based their lives around helping others understand what it takes to succeed in life. We truly believe that everyone has the potential to share information in order to help others.
You can help us reach more people by sharing our mission, participating in an interview, or by simply sharing our videos. Your support is highly valued, as any effort is a major contribution in educating and influencing others.

    1. You need to realize that it takes time. (No one became successful over night)
    2. You need to make a name, reputation. (Why would anyone come to your academy? Be example in your academy.)
    3. You need to realize that not everyone will come to stay. (Not everyone has passion like you, so you will need to let go and let people/kids to decide what they want. To goof off, to learn, to kill time..)
    4. Academy before dojo (People need to realize what they are getting by starting to train. It's not about money like instructor said "You sign in, you get your patch..")
As a future instructor/coach/sensei, you need to see between the lines.
Hope i did help someone who didn't saw why is this video good.

I understand what you're saying. Quality over quantity, dedicated students who are passionate about learning the art rather than just being placed there for something to fill time. Glad you mentioned the negatives about having to remove toxic individuals from the academy. Thank you for the video I can see you truly care about offering top notch service to your students.

I enjoyed watching this. I deal with apathy and self-entitlement every day. I would love to be in an environment where respect comes first.

What the hell were the 4 things? I didn't get anything from that. It seemed like he was trying to advertise himself rather than passing on knowledge.

You guys weren't listening if you didn't get anything from this then I suggest you rethink your attitude because privileged is a real martial arts problem as well as umbrella martial arts schools not teaching effective martial arts but selling you expensive programs.

Thank you Donnie for this. I've got a two year plan before I open up. Earning a Blackbelt and will do a small local Kung Fu school locally. Before that, I am trying to learn so much but one of my primary reasons is because I want quality - not the money. I earn enough in my career. I'm looking for quality which for me, includes good physical training and flexibility, proper technique, accuracy, speed, then power. Then, practice practice and practice more. Thanks again.

I had no idea martial arts were thought of and taught in such a huge business culture.
Even the biggest martial franchise here in the UK, is only tiny in comparison to the companies he mentioned.
I've seen one recently in England.
They are a break away group from a break away from Taekwondo.
So nothing to teach people apart from poor quality Taekwondo.
    They have...
18 grades to reach black belt.
Black beltnis however not 1st Dan, no that takes a few more tagged black belts first.
    There are...
10 yes TEN separate gradings to sit between black belt and 2nd Dan.
    8 more between 2nd and 3rd.
They have to my knowledge, 4 different colours of uniform you can buy, don't depending on which programming the students are on.
You can even get a red uniform from day one, if you sign up to the "Future Instructor Programming" & direct debit payment plan.
What these people are peddling is shameful.
They claim on their site that their style is the most effective self defence system.ever devised, but also state that although sparring is part of self defence training, it is 100% NON CONTACT.
I feel this is the future here in the UK, with 5 year old black belts teaching groups of four year olds hownto become black belts.

@@Awiseway Thank you I was watching on my phone so the pin comment wasn't visible so I did not see it I appreciate you bringing that to my attention.
That being said I watched the video yet again knowing what the 4 points were and he really doesn't say them in there. He kind of Mention's number 4 but not in the same context really. So I was very confused when I saw the title of video and was excited to watch it and those things were not really addressed in the video based on the title.
Again thank you for letting me know about the pinned comment though much appreciated

@@Awiseway The point of posting a video on RUclips is to get your information across in the video.
Not have some pinned comment to satisfy the answers of the title of the video where you’re just really rambling on about experience.
