✅8 g dry or 30 g fresh yeast
✅1 teaspoon of sugar
✅1 whole egg and 2 egg whites
✅1 tablespoon of vinegar
✅3 tablespoons of yogurt
✅5 tablespoons of oil
✅900 g flour (+ 50 g flour for kneading)
✅1 teaspoon of salt
✅2 egg yolks for spreading
✅100 g of oil for spreading
✅Sprinkle with sesame and seeds as desired
Bake at 180°C (360°F) for 40-45 minutes
❗️After the 20th minute of baking, cover the cake with foil so that it does not burn on top, but keeps its golden color.
