Not likely, but google can decide to not index a page due to several factors. You can see list of pages of your website not indexed by Google in Google search console.
It can take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks for a webpage to be crawled and indexed by Google. There are certain best practices you can use to improve your website’s crawl rate, such as using a sitemap, optimizing for Google’s crawl budget, and making sure you don’t have any crawl blocks in your robots.txt file.
