The scent of blue jeans always reminds me of a day at the pool. It just gives off that casual summer vibe that is just so relaxing. The Dreamer is also very relaxing but that reminds me more of a casual autumn day.
I have about 50 fragrances, but Blue Jeans and Burberry Touch are the two I wear the most. I didn't realize it was the same perfumer who created both. Thanks for another passionate and informative video!
Thanks for this Chris! Beautiful room too! I sure wish they would bring back Versace Green Jeans!!! Let us know if you have an opinion on that one too!
I absolutely LOVE Blue Jeans and I've only owned it for a few months, instant favourite, I can't believe I waited so long to get it (as a youth in the 90s, guess I had Polo Sport, Tommy and D&G pour Homme instead). If you're reading this and on the fence about it, just go for it, give it a try, it's a special one and still smells very modern! ;)
One of the fragrances of my youth! My favourite was Black Jeans, but I used to wear this as well, during the daytime. Stay strong, and always smell good Good luck, Chris.
@@scorpio39175 In my teenager's memories, it smelled like a sweeter and creamier Drakkar Noir. A very good scent indeed! So sad it's been discontinued.
Great video Chris, finally Gianni's masterpiece from that golden era! Btw im interested in your i could say professional opinion about pheromone and expensive niche frags. Keep up the good work, much love!
Hi Chris, fantastic passionate review of a fantastic perfume! I would be very interested in your opinion on Versace Man Eau Fraiche. I know it was hyped very much and is not a Gianni Versace, but nonetheless I think it is a gorgeous citrus-aromatic-woody, and it actually became my absolute spring/summer favorite. Stay safe and healthy, best regards, Dan.
Used to wear this at university in 98 and had it on rotation with Tommy and Joop. Then upgraded a bit to Hugo Boss Elements, Escada Pour Homme and Versace Dreamer. All classics 👌
I have a bottle i bought ~'97 with just some vapors left in it..and i have a new bottle (versace, not versus)..spritzed some on and you forget how magical this stuff is (even though i too have some memories connected to it)
Hi Chris. Versus Uomo is perhaps my favorite scent of all time. How does Blue Jeans compare to Versus Uomo? Can it fill my Uomo itch, or do I need to keep chasing discontinued bottles of Uomo? Thanks!

Great review Chris! This stuff is unbeatable for the price. Nothing cheap about the way it smells. True classic!
Another great hommage Chris. Such an easy going scent this one. I keep the tins too! Wonderful time capsule for posterity.

Great review Chris, I agree with you, this scent keeps you coming back to it. I have a half used bottle and a back up bottle of this awesome juice.

I’m with you on the whole tin can presentation being totally unique by modern standards. Love the fold out bottle booklet inside the tin!

Great review! I’m wearing vintage Dreamer right now:) Hope all is well. Stay safe.
It’s a beautiful casual fragrance for everyday , really nice and clean
I just bought a 75ml bottle for 20 U.S. dollars. Its smells pleasant. Good for casual wear.

Chris, you should try Lalique Pour Homme edp. I think you'll love it.
really like it also unique ,strong performance and under $20.00 in States
Idk why but I really laughed when you compare the two bottles 😂
I wear Denim.
Wasn't Mr. Bethouart also the nose behind Versace The Dreamer?

R C hi. No. While blue is certainly a great fragrance its incomparable to Versus Uomo.
Scent Land Thanks ! I appreciate your response and opinion. As always, I greatly enjoy your reviews.
A few times in this video chris starts sounding like al pacino of scarface
Omg really?
would you just look at it !
Chris I'm in my 50s can I wear Versace Blue Jeans ?
Iam 51 and I wear it
Is Versus Blue Jeans the same?
Yes it was simply a rebranding, same scent. Some people say the fragrance was reformulated but I'm not sure of that.
