I haven't gotten a bottle of it in like 17 or 18 years. I remember wearing it in the summer, and it used to piss people off because of how strong and cloying it is. But it used to get me loads of compliments in the winter.
Mas Tun blue jeans is definitely a cloying scent in the heat for sure due to the heavy vanilla so I could totally see that lol

This one could have been marketed like CK One as unisex. I'm a woman and love Versace Blue Jeans for the Fall/Winter. It really has a great presentation.

I remember getting this as a birthday present from my sister back when I was 19. Smelled the opening and it instantly turned me off I just left it in the closet for years. 6 years later, I see it sitting in the closet and decided to spray it on for fun, and the dry down scent was so good, I loved it now lmao
I just got a 75 ml bottle at Burlington for 20 U.S. dollars. Its a bang for your buck. Its got a lot of notes.
I wore this one in high school. It smells amazing though if you mix 70% Dylan Blue with 30% Blue Jeans. The vanilla in this fragrance goes so well with the darker notes in Dylan Blue.

I used to pull this when i was at high school back than it was called versus. I used maybe 5 or 6 bottles

Syk shirt Kellan. So true about Green Jeans. Plus it came out after Blue Jeans? I guess people stopped liking green scents. But then how is Polo still around? I dunno. Just from the notes though, Green Jeans reminds me of two of my earliest fragrances - Lacoste (original) and Adidas Sport. Don't know why, but as a teen I always felt that a macho fragrance seemed to intimidate opponents on the soccer field. I suppose it made them feel that you were more mature or meant business or something? Either way, it seemed to work for me! Keep the great vids coming!

I did a video on this and said it reminded me of dolce and gabbana the one. I got crucified! Still haven't changed my mind on that. The one obviously is a much better smelling fragrance but this performs much much better! Thanks for the video!
I had D&G the one edt back in like 2008 I can’t remember what it smells like but I’m sure it was much better than blue jeans, the performance is the only thing it has going for jr lol have you ever tried green jeans though ?

Believe it or not this stuff worked so great for me when I was younger and going to the bar(what the youngins call clubbing nowadays) haven't worn it in a long long time. Green jeans is a score tho and if you can find black jeans thats so good and rare.
Jeremy Hinze I wouldn’t doubt it, I think it’s definitely one of those high complimented scents it’s just too sweet for me now but I definitely would have worn it 10 years ago for sure, in my clubbing days I still would have picked Le male but this one would have worked, green jeans though is a whole other level lol

Blue Jeans is actually quite masculine. Most would agree.
I see it as a more masculine Bleu De Chanel.
I have Baby Blue Jeans which I really enjoy but hard to find. I like all of the Jeans scents.
Never understood the packaging/ marketing for these fragrances. I have the Blue Jeans but can't wear it. Just straight up stank on my skin. Lol! My wife now wears it occasionally and it smells great on her.
Scent Remix at least it’s different with the can box instead of a traditional one but the bottles look cool, blue jeans is not so great but green is really nice a fresh PRPH + Tsar is a good way to put it

Scents Of South Jersey Nice,good to hear it,a review would be great! I just ordered a decant of Kouros because of your review and it arrived today. My father used it back in the day and though he said it’s not as punchy as used to be, it is still a similar scent and bring him back memoried.
Dirk Diggler ah that’s awesome I hope you enjoy it, it’s one of my all time favorites, the vintage bottle I have is definitely a bit more robust but the current form is still really good and much stronger than anything made today lol.
Scents Of South Jersey Yes i like it a lot at first sniff.It’s nothing like i ever smelled before and it’s performing like a beast but in a good and not cloying way. Will test it in public too.I also plan to buy a full bottle in the future just to have a classic in my collection and use it every now and then.
Hey Kelan, great video. I don't care for Versace Blue Jeans, but I'm glad I stuck through it as Green Jeans sounds interesting. I see that it is often characterized as a "green aquatic" so there might be a sub-genre of aquatics that you actually enjoy :)
Very well could be haha, I am not 100% that bottle is in perfect condition but I picked it up and sprayed it the other day and it smelled amazing
@@ScentsOfSouthJersey I spent an hour reading about "green aquatics"... there ain't that many of them... Aramis New West, Guy Laroche Horizon, a couple of others. They all came out in the 90s before pure aquatics took over. All this sparked by your review of Versace Blue Jeans which I initially wasn't even really interested in haha!

I heard this is discontinued. I checked Versace sites and it was missing a month a go. Idk really. But I want to buy this, I'm just afraid it might be a redundant purchase because of the sweet vanilla smell.

Gazza Be Thy Name if you look around at tj maxx or marshalls you could probably find a blue jeans but yes it’s sweet vanilla, green jeans it’s fresh lime mixed with Tsar & Paco Rabanne Pour Homme. Stuff is amazing

I love this honest review! Lol @ "This stuff is absolutely incredible. This stuff is like a girl scent." I have not tried either frag, but I get a Joop Homme vibe from Blue Jeans; like it would be too strong, too synthetic, too perfumey and candyish. Green Jeans sounds awesome, though Paco Rabanne Pour Homme is too bitter for my liking.

LOL man we wore the hell outta this fragrance when it was new. This, RL Polo Sport, Polo Green, Quorum Aqua (poor man's polo sport). Bro buy Adidas Field Sport if you don't have it, you will love it.

I blind bought blue jeans and HATED IT! OMG what a horrible scent, so so cloyingly sweet and dated. I am a young guy (19) and really love a lot of vintages fragrances ( Polo, Azzaro, Kouros) so i thought i would like this one as well but it’s unbearable. Ended up throwing my bottle in the garbage.
