dee's voice is so iconic i can recognize it from anywhere and i love it a lot so i cant completely agree but i do think that this voice is a good fit too

Maybe you can do Temurra Morrison just voicing Clone 99 and Cody (for continuity) but keep Dee Bradley Baker as the rest of the clones.
This was the original plan but The Shapeshifter provided all the dialogue so waste not want not :P
