  • Well, what can I say? The title explains it all!!
Any day you can spend on this wonderful island eating all of the delicious food that are offered is a good day in my book. I start the day with my friend, Glen and we get some breakfast tacos at the local municipal market.
We then pick up Glen's wife, Val and we head back to the market for an actual breakfast. I chose to try out the hotcakes, which come highly recommended and they did not disappoint. Glen had some ceviche and Val chose some shrimp tacos.
After a quick dip in the ocean at beautiful Playa Norte it was off in search of street food. We ate at this place, called "Captain Dog" and the hot dog was pretty darn good. This was followed up with a cup of fresh fruit.
Dinner arrived and we chose to his up Hidalgo street and ate at Ocean's Isla.(Sign said Ocean's Restaurant). I had my first Old Fashioned which was followed up by, you guessed it....more Ceviche.
All in all, it was an awesome experience and one that I am happy to relive by watching this video.
If you ever get a chance to visit this quaint little island, please do yourself a favor and do it!!
    Thanks for watching!!

Thanks!! Yes, Pesos come in handy and can easily be exchanged at the ferry. I personally always tip, but that’s just me. Sometimes it’s included.

Wow..they really ripped you off with that green fruit,we call it sugar apple,it's sweet sop in Jamaica and curazon in other countries..Its family to Cherimoya...It should not cost more than 30 pesos depending on the size and weight..

I guess I’d have to look at the receipt more closely. It must have done it’s trick, because I didn’t pay any attention to it. Thanks for watching!!!
