Something to be said about the AI in F1 22 is that it actually cheats on straights, so finding the optimal difficulty can be pretty hard sometimes.
In F1 20 i played around 68 to 78 difficulty and due to the cheating on the straights i had to lower that to 58~62 in F1 22

His difficulty isn't to low. He's just an AI which has an insane speed in F1 22

AI way too low: This happened to me when I had my very 1st race in a Formula 1 game (F1 2019) and I was at 30% AI difficulty underestimating me in a Williams ans accidentally made a road to glory with Williams in that season, the next season I increased it by 80, then 85, then 90, and in F1 2021 back to 80 and in 1 year I could beat 105% AI, now on F1 22 I'm between 95 and 100% AI
