Agree with most points. These are important. But here men sometimes are at fault, they choose someone they are not attracted to and think it'll work. Base level pe you need to be attracted to your partner, forget about education, the way they speak, dressing sense, etc. Just pure physical attraction. And for people who were attracted and then it wanes away, just like machines, the attraction needs to be 'maintained' by self development by both.
