I broke off a new growth from one of my Potinaras this spring. Was so sad until it responded by sending up not one, but four new growths! May yours do the same for you 🤗

Thank you for your kind words. The plant in the video has started a new growth since tapeing. I plan on doing an update video of several of my recent repot videos showing any progress, so stay tuned..

Thank you ! I also had a new growth break off on a cattleya “Bag Baby” when I repotted. Instant feeling of distress. After examining, I realized it had been half cracked in the packaging. A month later, she’s putting out another growth.

What is your preferred brand of sea kelp extract? I’ve never used it, but I think I want to try.

I broke a new growth earlier this spring. It’s so disappointing.

If the pseudobulb has any viable “eyes”, it is possible that the plant will recover by sending up another bulb. Hopefully in time your plant will do that. Patience is key.
