i think this is the most plot armored bell fight i ever seen. lol.. till now i don't understand how bell and ryu not died already.. where other adventure simply got one shoot by juggernaut.
most of them was level 3, and remember in i think season 2 they say that bell had very low odds of beating big amazon lady who was level 4 so each level really powers you up i mean, earlier in season 4 part 1 he had trouble against the dart fish and when he leveled up he could dodge them much easier
