He tenido la gran suerte de poder ver este grupazo en directo, disfrutar de su música, llevármelo de recuerdo y dejarlo aquí en mi canal inmortalizado en el tiempo. Me lo pase genial. Ese día no solo vi a Deep Purple, también pude ver a Canned Heat que tocaron justo antes pero no conseguí videos tan buenos ni el concierto entero por que no se me había ocurrido dejar el móvil grabando apoyado en una valla con cristal que tenía justo delante jejej. Fue un día genial y esta es la música que me mueve.
Actualmente la música son copias, falta de originalidad y fijarse mas en números que en lo que quieres transmitir con tu música. Esta gente lleva partiendola desde los '60s y tocando lo que les gusta con sonidos que te vuelan el tarro, y siguen sonando frescos.
Esa noche sin planearlo mucho, me entere del concierto y no quería perdérmelo, nunca imagine en toda mi vida que iba a poder escuchar esas canciones en persona y me llevan acompañando toda mi vida: On The Road Again, Going Up The Country, Let's Work Together (salían en un cd recopilatorio de los viajes de verano); Highway Star (fue el primer tema que saque en "difícil" cuando empece en "Guitar Hero"), Hush (lo recuerdo de anuncios cuando era pequeño), Smoke On The Water (cuando empece a tocar la guitarra lo normal es que esa sea tu primera canción, la mía fue Iron Man de Black Sabbath, pero también intentaba Smoke On The Water, un día improvisaba el solo con un colega y me corte con una cuerda, pero seguí tocando hasta que acabo la canción y luego tuve que limpiar la guitarra y el suelo jajaj). Y casi 20 años después yo estar aquí y tener delante a esos dioses haciendo todos esos sonidos. Es brutal, es una pena que parezca que cada vez menos gente sepa apreciar estos sonidos. Pero los viejos rockeros nunca mueren ;)

The new songs are excellent.
They were good, although I was expecting more classical repertoire. Hopefully Child I Time is my favorite

It's good that they have returned to the tradition of playing new songs before the release of the album. Maybe this is not the most optimal commercial move, but making allowances for the age of the musicians, any concert can be the last. So if the song is ready, let them play it. In addition, the new songs sound very original.
They sounded pretty good. But I do admit that when I found out the day before the show, I had no idea that they had a new album. For that part, I did want more classic songs, hopefully Child In Time, Fireball, Mistreated... But yes, the new songs were fresh
@@TORr_GearHow do you expect Mistreated? That was with a completely different lineup! Ian Gillan wasn’t the singer back then and he doesn’t want to sing the songs now. I liked that they played Hard Lovin‘ Man again though.
@@Comfortablydumb666 They are Deep Purple songs. It's not like Ian Gillan sang something by Black Sabbath because he was there (I'm not asking for that either). For example, the guitarist is not Ritchie Blackmore either, but Simon McBride knows all the songs of Deep Purple. Similar with the keyboard player who is not the original (Jon Lord) and other things that obviously make it impossible for them to sound like they did in the '70s. (On the other hand, the truth is that I pay more attention to the rest (guitars, basses, keyboards, drums) than to the singers)

Simon McBride, obviously a big Gary Moore fan. The guitar runs during his solo are taken from the opening of 'End of the World' from Gary's 'Corridors of Power' album.

The guitar solo sounds similar to the instrumental intros of two songs of Gary Moore, from the albums Corridors of Power and Victims of The Future, don't you think?

Ehmms... Jon Lord died in 2012. And Ritchie Blackmore left the band in 1974...
@@TORr_Gear Have you been hiding under a stone since Deep Purple originally disbanded in 1976? Ritchie left the band in November 1993. But there again, you didn't know Gary Moore's music either.

Tengo los discos originales de vinil y estan modificando el sonido.
Obviamente de un album en vinilo, cd, casette de estudio... A lo que ocurre en un concierto... Hay dos mundos muy diferentes. Sobre todo cuando casi paso medio siglo y ya no son jovenes. Pero siguen sonando bien (alli en persona muy potente y mas nitido todo. Fue divertido)
