great pattern! great instruction! It is mesmerizing to watch how skilled a craftsperson you are, amazing skill and technique. Thank you!
Always love your patterns and videos! I'm in awe of the invisible join the way you show it... love it!! Perfect hat tomake with the remaining yarn for the mama to match the baby blanket I made. Thankful for your time!!
I have been crocheting for only about a month and it was even easy for me who is an absolute beginner to follow along. I did mess up once, but after that everything flowed nicely. The end product looks amazing, and I get a lot of compliments at work about my new hat. Thank you so much for posting this video!
Wow! Easiest magic circle ever! I have tried and tried and your way is the first time I got it!! Thanks! Making this now to go with my mittens!
I am so glad it worked for you!

I loved this hat. I began making it last night and it flowed. I made a few mistakes but I was so happy to continue that I didn’t mind pulling it and redoing it. I loved how it came out. It is beautiful. Thank you I have five granddaughters , so they will get this beautiful hat.

Did I miss something? Where is the invisible join demonstrated? The hat I made was worked in the round.
Never mind. I rewatched and I can see where the invisible join is done.

Thank you for this pattern and tutorial! I have some beautiful bulky mill ends that I'm using to make hats for donation for migrants as its about to get cold and am happy to have guidelines for different sizes. I don't use bulky yarn much, so this is very helpful.

Whenever I make poms with bulky yarn, they pull apart so easily!! Any tricks for making them more sturdy?

Love this so much. Will you design mittens to match?

You are so good! If you were any faster you would be a blur❤️

Brickbubble.ca ❤️
Love this, great!
I have bulky yarn size 5 (instead of the 6 in this video). How can I make this work so that the hat will still be the correct size?
Saw this hat this morning and made it really fast! Very easy and pretty! Thank you MJ. Are you using the extra large Pom Pom maker??
Yes! It's the jumbo
Are you counting the chain two as a double crochet?
No she's not.
Does the chain 2 count as the first dc?
No.
I don't know how to access the description box below.
The chain 2 is that counted as a stitch in the magic ring? Is every chain 2 counted as a stitch ? I'm just learning and I'm not sure
No it's not 🫶🏾

Thank u 4 sending me a link but i live in the uk so do they sell here
Great vlog ❤❤❤
So do you count your chain 2 in your stitch count? Does it matter? Sorry newbie here 🙂
No.
❓❓Is there a matching scarf for this beautiful beanie????❓❓❓❓
Just make double crochets…however wide and long you want it. Add fringe. It will match perfectly.
Do you sell the hooks?
Do you start off with a 9 hook ?? And then at the bottom with an 8 hook
that is correct
Pardon my ignorance, but can someone please explain this to me like I'm an idiot?
You put 10 DCs into the first loop, then slip stitch to join. Ch 2.
For round 2, what do you do with the chain 2?
And where do you put the 2 DCs? The hole where the chain 2 comes out of, or the next visible stitch?

Do you count the chain 2 as a stitch?
No, it's not counted
If the slip stitch chain2 counts as the first and then double crochet 10, isn't that 11 stitches? Double crochet 9 times makes it 10
The chain 2 isn't counted
What's the brand of the hooks?
Furls, link is the description box :)
I’m a novice. Where can I find the free pattern so I can adjust for a child 6-9.
