Gwangjang Market Beef tartare place is called "Jin Joo Beef Sashimi."
It seems like they have three branch stores in the market. Their Beef Tartare was so good! (But I don't think I will add octopus again - I felt bad. 🥲 RIP...)

Have you been to Guro Digital Complex? It's the neighborhood of IT companies or start-up companies. And it has a Food Alley called "Kkal Kkal Street." It was huge! So many restaurants packed with people after working (drinking beer), so it was a nice experience.
Jok-Bal!!!!!! I love these braised pork trotters (feet). There are so many Jok-Bal places in Seoul (especially in Dongdaemun-Jangchungdong Jokbal Street).
