I have a Montblanc 146 and just received this Wing Sung 630. And I have to admit that the 630 writes better than the Montblanc.

I recently discovered your channel. I'm enjoying your content. I also just placed an order for this Wingsung and the new Jinhao. Amazing pens at a great price.

Thank you, Vincenzo, this was an excellent review of a great new pen. I was pleasantly surprised when you started writing with the 630. This is the sort of writing performance I enjoy. I was happy with my Jinhao X159 but I prefer the Wing Sung because it has a piston filling system. I would even say the Wing Sung nib is wetter and a nicer writer than the Jinhao. I will probably buy the Wing Sung with the standard steel nib. It's so good I don't feel tempted to buy the gold nib version.

Glad you enjoyed it! But I am still tempted by that gold nib. I need to check the reviews on it.

I got a WingSung 600 which is an ebonite pen with a #8 14karat gold nib, i believe this model uses the same #8 nib. The #8 nib is very springy, but the pen is too large for me... thank you for show casing and review this pen.

Interesting pen. I have a couple of Majohn P136 pens that have impressed me, and now I think I'd like to get a Wing Sung 630 based on your excellent review! Thanks and well done! Subbed!

Your audio is buzzing something fierce. It's better in this video than your Majohn V1 review. I don't know anything about audio equipment, but it seems fine when you're further from the mic. So I'm guessing the solution could be to turn down the mic sensitivity and/or move it further away. I think the best thing might be to turn the sensitivity down more, and actually move the mic _closer,_ so that you don't feel the need to lean into it and thus your voice will actually be more consistent as you maintain a more consistent distance.
I don't just want to be critical, so I also have to say that your intros on both videos I've seen are _very_ stylish and well done, and I especially appreciate how you're saying informative things through text at the same time.

In a recent review that I will be posting this weekend on a Vazir Pen you will see a new mic. I don't know what is going on with my Shure mic. I tried everything even post editing a nothing seems to work. So I switched let me know if its better.

I have a red 630, also love it. My pen was sold with a broad nib 0.5-0.7, it writes like your fine nib. It is one of the best Chinese steel nibs I have in terms of line width & wetness. Compares to some long blade nibs. Wonder what is next for Chinese pen makers?

Excellent review and rating. I am constantly amazed at what the Chinese do with FPs . I have in AUD a Jinhao X159 ($17) X850 ($4) 992($2.80) and a Hong Dien N7 ($48). I’ve been looking at the Wing Sung 630 for under $50, and I think you have tipped me over the edge. Whilst the X159 is a great pen for the price and an excellent writer, there is something just superior in the 630. Nope it’s not a MontBlanc, but it will give those pens in the $200-$300 a run for their money. Again, I did enjoy your review.

According to my caliper, the diameter of the feeds on Jinhao X159/9019 is 7-7.2mm, the MB149 is also 7mm, so I bet this WS630 is also 7mm.
I also have a Bock 380 unit and the feed is indeed 8mm, so it earns the #8 name fair and square :)

I'm sorry, I have 2 of these Wing Sung 630. One with gold nib and the other with steel nib (both M) and both of them are unacceptably scratchy!
The Jinhao 9019 is a much better pen.
I'm waiting for Majohn to join the party of size 8 nibs - they produce the best nibs in China.

When I order from Aliexpress or Etsy the price shown and paid when I order is the final one with no surprises upon delivery. With any other retailer outside Canada be it from USA US , Europe, India etc when its delivered I always pay duties, handling etc. So a 150$ pen always costs me 20-30$ more.
