Great video. I just picked up the V2 version. Can't find much on these amps. My only issue is a pretty massive tone change when I run a boss noise gate through the effects loop. Just have to listen to the noise lol. Other than that this thing is a monster. Thanks again for all the videos you do.
I used to have a Randall T2 !!! Loved that amp when I was using it in my band but had to sell it when I switched over to bass. Kinda wish I didn't have to sell it and kept it but didn't have a choice at the time.
Incrível como boostando com o MudKiller, o triplet fica mais claro. Sempre amei o som cru do amp, mas muito ganho ele rasga um pouco, a "galopada" não fica tão acentuada, fica mais saturada. Claro que tudo é questão de equalizar, mas curti muito quando empurrado com o MudKiller, pq continuou com um ganho absurdo, o som ganhou até um pouco mais de corpo e galopadas mais claras , topp!!! Pra mim, TODO Randall parece Pantera kkkkk não consigo desassociar. Boa Silas, explicação clara como sempre. Seus vídeos são uma injeção de ânimo e esperança de que um dia irei voltar a tocar ❤
this has been my goto amp sim on overloud thu for many years and I'd love to get my hands on one. It can do every sort of metal tone you can imagine and gets you to the point without needing pedals. Thanks man
Obrigado my Metal Brother for test of T2.Back in the days i had one Killer.For ca.900€ Amp solid work,but for a Solid state power amp this monster was heavy weight like a tube power amp(output transformer.Metal till the grave
They also came out with the v2 series and you can play with tube preamp or just solid state it was to compete with the dual rectifier, nevermore tried them and other similar bands.
Sensacional, me surpreendeu, não sei se estou certo mas me pareceu mais "percussivo" que um amp valvulado, e além da definição q é aparentemente maior nos graves, é mesmo ou estou viajando!!!! Show, vídeo sensacional pra variar seu matador de mitos¡!!
@@HAHb-zc2dp i think your confused im saying a solid state preamp thats not digital. Theres solid state thats analog and theres solid state thats digital
@@Durkhead wrong. Digital is ones and zeros as in vst plug inside.hardware is analog not digital. Please educate yourself before you speak again you come across as stupid as this guy not know there's 4 tubes in this tube amp. Muting you now.

You are correct, the solid state power section is likely not sagging and affecting the transient the way tubes do

To me it lacks low end 🤔 but maybe this is a good thing because it won't fight the bass in a band context
T2’s definitely do not lack low end
