This really gives that post-nuclear war song sense in a great way. It's a hard song to perform, especially considering you're performing a Sabbath song but this is obviously a good cover.

Sure some of her guitar patterns are similar but he plays basically just power chords and she is much more well versed in theory. Songs like Mud and The Last Time I Saw My Horse remind me of jazz with distortion. You can find her playing all types of chords like b13 chords, augmented chords, diminished seventh chords, and maj7#11 chords. She also plays songs in the Lydian scale like Walk Away. One similarity I see between her and kurt Cobain is they tend not to adhere to one key. Not saying nirvana is bad because I like their raw sound.

Main riff/verse: nailed it. bridge section...a little loose. Also noticed the standard tuning. But over all a solid A- for a sabbath cover effort.
It was recorded in E standard. Sabbath never used drop D with Ozzy! They went down even lower, another half step to C# and they used this tuning first on Masters of Reality and on all albums after it , including Sabotage.Then on Technical Ecstasy and Never say Die, they tuned way back up to E again! Not a smart move...It took away their dark, doomy athmosphere, which was Sabs signature sound.....
Too similar to the original, not to say it's bad, I just think a sort of 're imagining' of this song would be awesome, maybe add a sort of pro nuclear war twist to it.
