The Atlantic Wall would be a fitting topic for this series.
Should do an episode on the bunkers along BCs coast that were built to defend against the Japanese in WWII, there was also an armored train that ran along the Skeena River estuary in case of a mini sub infiltration
I would absolutely love to see you do a video on the old Spanish fort here in St. Augustine, FL. Castillo de San Marco. Also fort Marion. It has survived countless battles from many different nations inter mid 1700's and 1800's. It is still standing and in great condition open to the public as a national monument. Look it up and I'm sure you will agree that it stands with the best of any fort from that time. Thank you for the videos. I have learned so much from them.
It was also haunted.
Well, got to say. The animation crew is doing an amazing job
Once again, more info from a Wargaming Video than History Channel.
this is what your premium ships and tanks go towards :)
galliman123 I agree :)
Money well spent then!
Great Story, Great Info. As Usual. Maybe Next Time, wait until the band have finished playing, so we can hear what he is saying (may be to do with interpreted voice competes with original voice, both competing with music, so comes across as a bit raucus). Worth it for the story though, used to explore a similar abandoned such emplacement with friends when I was a Kid.
Old Russian stuff is interesting. Soviets blocked it for decades so first many have seen of it partly because it was so primitive
good video, please can you make documentary of Fortress island at Corredor and Fort Drum in the Phillipines
wargaming how about the fort drum .. the concrete battleship
Navarro Fidel They did one
World of Warships giving the hyperbolic "History channel" a run for their money.
I've watched Russian Car Crash Cams so nothing can shock me anymore.😂
Like this docs..
Wonderful video. Words can not say enough in English, how great these videos are. They teach the young (and old) and show world history as well as gain excitement for the game and enthusiasm to play. Very well done! These are excellent!!
At least it's not covered in graffiti like so many of the abandoned forts in the United States .
It was only abandoned five years ago, it wont have that much, the US forts meanwhile were decomissioned decades ago.
i love how well and attention to detail these vids are made. i love learning the history
Can you feature the norwegian fortress Oscarsborg? Alot of history from ww2.
Stealth torped like an absolute boss.
Isak Gurrik yes Oscarborg Fortress and the Battle of Drobak Sound, incredible history
Isak Gurrik than we are two who want that
Bernhard Berg Arup Seip Ye
Are we going do fort attack maps? Like an epic pve map or something? What is the point of this video if this is not going be something in the game?
It's surprising how bad this fortress looks in just a few short years.
I would love to see a video if may be about the Gibraltar of the Caribbean (Puerto Rico) Which during Second World War was fortified against possible German attack which would never come.
Wait wait wait wait. If the advancement of artillery had occurred, why the heck does it need to, "move". I mean that just tells me you can shoot farther, no need to waist concrete making new forts.
just because one military had advanced technology doesn't mean EVERYONE has advanced technology
Why not put Fort Drum...the Philippines's "Concrete Battleship"...
"Soviet families take awhile to get fed because they love Stalin"
- A careless little joke that got my grandfather three years in the gulag.
"You make me laugh, go to gulag"
Stalin, probably
I feel sorry for him.
How did you english translator miss obvious naval terms? The accent is great but the diction is strange.
Fairways are Channels. Havens are Harbors.
are we gonna have this operation? like break through the line destroying the fortress?
Good video! Can you make one about the German Fort Kugelbake?
does anyone know the music that plays at around 5:21
How about Naval Fortress: McArthur (in California)
History channel was worth watching at first now its trash.
These brief history videos of naval warfare are extremely interesting to watch. World of warships is a badass game as well! Lol

Awesome , love these videos :D
Great documentary! Thank you. WoWarships good to partner...
Do a video about Atlantic wall
I found this documentary to be educational, thoughtful, and highly informative about the use of forts. My only criticism would be to include Imperial or non-Metric values for the measurements. Please give us more!
The animation is like real. Incredible !!
Oh Herro Thaer!!!!!
I love would of warships and what is the name for the music use in this video just curious.
God, I love this channel, this game, and these series.
Absolutely perfect on all fronts. 10 of 10!

VADIM , BLYAT!
Great maps
Omg...
do Oscarsborg Festning, it sank the Hipper class KMS Blücher during the invasion of Norway. When I visited 10 years ago much of the installation was still intact and preserved. Both much history and a chance to get some variaty instead of all these russian forts.
Russian Bias too stronk!
atrolls wed thats wat i was thinking
atrolls wed Fortress invincible comrade! no such thing as aircraft or rockets!
This was a Legendary fort living up to the reputation we see in Legendary Russian ships. In the only invasion by a foreign navy, it failed to prevent the enemy from entering the bay.
What, you expect me to be serious at everything without making a joke?
S Cramer wow dude you need to chill man it was a joke and why do you have to be mad
