Hi Cooking With Claudia, I have a little tip to get most of the air out of the plastic bag. What I do with a ziplock bag filled with meat I want to marinate is put the bag in my sink filled with water and put the bag under water with the ziplock a small opening which stays above the water. The water pressure will push out most of the air in the bag.
I have done this now twice... once with spare ribs and another with st. Louis style ribs... both amazing and got compliments on both... thank you so much for this... great video!

I have a technique I wanna share and maybe some advice would be nice, I put my ribs in a pan first and cook them into apple cider vinegar for about 10-15minutes and then I grill them for about 2-3 hours, of course I make my own spicy and sweet sauce and I just put it into the bag, but I wanna see what I can do to empower the flavor somehow

I enjoyed your video and will be trying your recipe this weekend.. but remember this..WALMART SUPPORTS THE DEMOCRATIC PARTY AND IS NO FRIEND OF THE WORKING CLASS.

WAY too much salt between the marinade and the dry rub couldn't taste the meat at all. ALL salt
