I've always loved southern accents, I'm from Texas and I do have an decent accent not deep or anything, but I've grown to love to hear other people with southern accents speak because i feel a connection. You're whispered voice like in this video is probably my fav.

I agree Southern accents vary. Texans pronounce words more sharply. North Carolinians speak words in a softer way, and generally speak slower. Just my thoughts.
