Repentance is finally out and I am streaming a lot of it! I figured it would be a good idea to put the streamed videos in their own separate playlist, hope you enjoy following along with my progress (and streams of consciousness).
I think my favorite aspect of T-Isaac is that it's just a constant tier list video, but now with synergies taken into account.
strawman with tinted isaak is great, he took everything Isaac can't took, sometimed he become more strong that isaac himself.

Finally finished all the post-it notes for normal characters, after I saw that mega shroom I knew I had to unlock it. Was a big grind, but super satisfying to have completed it

That's actually huge, I've started to play again for repentence and wanted to start fresh, i actually forgot how difficult it all is hahaha
damn me too, yesterday! it was such a massive wave of dopamine - taking a break for a while before i do the tainted characters... i really should've at least done mega satan with all of the once before i embarked on the megamush grind :B

@@pofruin You have an item limit, but basically every item you get is a choice item, and let’s be honest, most items in Isaac runs aren’t doing much, especially cuz you can toss health upgrades with T Isaac with no cost
I dunno about easiest, I found the item limit quite tricky to deal with, at least in the runs I've done. Looking at the other tainted characters, though, he's definitely on the easier half.
I think t.isaac's consistency is what makes him a top tier character, its rare for him to get a busted run but quite common to get a strong run
@@OfficialPikadex He’s one of the strongest in my opinion. He’s not a free win like T Cain, but the ability to essentially always get to see which item would be better for your run makes him always have a decent level of power that makes doing most things pretty good ssy

I was born in Japan and was fascinated by American horror movies. ( Helped that my mom was a fanatic when it comes to horror stuff.. Yea she probably should not have let me watch that stuff at 3 years old.. But I loved it. ) Ended up moving to USA to live with my brother when I was 9. ( Sadly she passed away from cancer.. I honestly count myself lucky that my brother decided to become my legal guardian. I would have ended up in a orphanage otherwise. Hes 15 years older than me if that helps info wise ) ... I have kinda wanted to move back to Japan. Do not get me wrong I love USA.. But I also love Japan.. And I miss it. I have visited relatives since then but I really do not think I can move there and live sadly.

Transformations are permanent with tainted Isaac, so prioritizing touching every item that is part of a transformation once is OP.

strawman isnt a bad item, it lets you do the double item pickup glitch at all times. plus, as this character you couldda so easily just gave every good item you need to leave behind to strawman
Well, I'm glad that after all this time when I am finally getting time to catch up on the Repentance series, I've kept in order, because this run is pure hype.
When I saw him use the fire to hurt himself when a demon beggar was just a few rooms away I nearly cried
NL really likes using 'based' now. He uses it correctly almost 50% of the time. Proud of you Mr Egg

Damn maybe I'm crazy but Strawman seems pretty cool with T.Isaac, because he has infinite slots. Would suck if he died but he's pretty hard to kill if you just leave coins on the ground.

Ya know NL, i didn't believe you on the AHA. I thought "oh i'm built different, i woln't get the heartburn." I forget i am INDEED built different. I'm built WAY WORSE, i have acid reflux and other GI issues, and not even a third of a can down and an hour in my chest feels like i need to eat a box of chalk. But god. It was all worth it for the freakin strawberry and cucumber.

while most of it seems pretty nice ie: these lil breakfasts and like food drives and basically just nice things for the world, there are some very sus things ab them. my grandpa has a fucking engraved sword, and when he was practicing for a promotion or something he would chant in the shower idk man just weird shit.
my grandpa also told me that he took an oath or pledge or some shit to not buy luxury items and basically just live his life with the necessities bc selflessness or something- sounds culty but not evil 🤷🏻♂️

Okay so on the subject of the girl getting punched by someone who passed out I just wanna say that as someone who has a fainting disorder, coming back to consciousness is pretty disorienting and if someone is right there it can be surprising and claustrophobic, plus I know at least for me I'm less likely to think about my words and actions and can be pretty emotionally polarized. I've never hit anyone to my knowledge, but I know I've told one of my ex's to stop pretending they cared. I still feel p bad about it.
