    This gentleman always warms my heart and lifts my spirit! He's so sweet and down to earth. I especially love to see him with his glass of wine and his "oh-yeah-baby!" 😃. He knows how to be happy 😊. A wonderful soul. I could listen to him speak Italian all day!

    Really liked the garden section.
    Everytime a chef takes some time when cooking to talk to the viewers about life or some interesting tidbits then it just adds so much more to the show.
    keep it up! love it and i'll definitely be trying this recipe,.

    This video is four years old I love to watch him! I especially enjoyed watching because the video is not just cooking they showed us his yard and all of the different plants n vegg. It’s easy to see he is enjoying his life and loves his family. Thankyou to Pasquale for making this how to video. My Great Grandparents immigrated to PA from the boot of Italy. My Grandpap was so much like Pasquale he enjoyed cooking(not as talented as Pasquale)he had a good amount of special dishes some for Holidays others just easy delicious food. As he grew up children of immigrants nothing was expensive much like Pasquale there wasn’t a lot of special ingredients garlic onion herbs from the garden. I hope Pasquale is in good health! As my Grandpa has passed on. It’s great to watch Pasquale the way he is lighthearted and funny the way he shows us how to cook he makes no flashy or over the top dishes he is true to himself. ☺️ god bless

    Your production quality has improved from these earlier videos. I’ve enjoyed the videos from the start but it’s nice to see the evolution. What a larger than life personality the chef is. Thanks for the recipes. I will continue to watch.

    We call it bolognese in the UK, Spaghetti bolognese is one of the most popular dinners in the country. It's most peoples' go-to pasta dish here.

      Perhaps it is a Italian dish However does it really matter what they think of the British version or the German version or Canadian version not sure if German and Canadian have their own versions but just saying there are many foods are changed slightly from where ever hey originated but it does not mean we can't like them

    This is a really easy dish & delicious! If you don’t have the time to make the sauce with the meatballs, neck bones & sausage…I use this recipe often. I just love watching you cook… salute! ❤️

    What wine do you recommend with this dish ( or, maybe you are not allowed to say). I would select a red not a white. I you recommend one, I’ll try it. Salute!

    You must have great soil. I have never been able to keep Rosemary through the winter and your Fig tree is beautiful. I still don't have any leaves on mine. What is your secret.. Please share.. I love all your videos especially your garden ones..Blessings to you and yours..

    Spaghetti Bolognese is my favorite food. I learned on my birthday last year that it's my dads favorite too. ...and I'm only 1% Italian which is basically nothing. 😂

    Very enjoyable. But suggest editing to shorten up steps. Watching water boil down is....tedious. Otherwise, interesting and fun to watch and listen to his Italian accent.

    Good video, like the dish what was made BUT it was hard to watch because the person using the camera could not keep
    the camera steady - guess the camera person had way too much of the wine .

    I am not Italian but I quickly learned that a Bolognese was a meat sauce with tomato, NOT a tomato sauce with meat.

    The question was about the "top of the garlic" . . . I think the person is referring to the scapes in the top of the garlic plant. I make pesto out of the scapes.
