@@sypher8295 ya you can do but it become hectic to manage both because by level up by year the hardness and toughness of program increases . 10000 students joined it in 2020 and 500 students passed bs program this year and because of placement criteria only 200 students go for placements.

I am qualified for JEE Advanced exam, but I have a certain doubt. I am actually planning to take a drop (as my preparation is not enough to get a decent rank in JEE Advanced). Now the doubt I have is that if I enroll in this BS programme, will I be eligible for JEE Advanced 2025?
To be honest, it might seem that the only cons is boring lectures...no my dear frnds , the pressure is quite high specially if you are doing this as a second degree. 1.Maintaining a good cgpa is quite difficult as it requires attention every week. 2. One week you might be sick, an offline clg prof might excuse you for the assignment deadline but here there's no such case. 3.Sustaining in the program is quite hard since the thing becomes quite difficult diploma onwards. No wonder only 18 people all over india completed the BS level ! 4.Also, you should love studying alone and not be someone who loves to enjoy with friends or group study or something since this degree is quite challenging. It demands you to sit on your own WITH YOUR OWN MOTIVATION and do the tasks regularly. 5. And yes when u feel u dont understand a topic,its very hard to get it cleared since u can't directly contact the prof or any teaching assitant. IF you overcome all these,yes YOU DESERVE to be an IITian which IIT M has rightly acknowledged. Sheer determination and hardwork and dedication is all what an IITian is about!!

Buddy it's not an easy course Courses are made similar to nptel course As well as only easy paper was the qualifier one difficulty increase gradually And for your information there are only 295 students in bsc level so far Lot many people quit because of workload

No it won't be a problem it is really better if u put your full focus on this degree because if u do good in this degree u will get very good offcampus placements and on campus as well
Better to have an IIT tag than an typical local college level tag. Also IIT Madras they provide extreme fee concession for the poor and the discriminated class. Like maximum 75% discount for below 1lac income. So for poor people this is an better investment than an private college since you can invest that loaned out money on better equipment like laptop etc.

Don’t apply now, you have to submit assignments, have to give 20 hours per week, then exams are too their, you will loose your time. Focus on one thing do these after your 12th. Rest is your choice. Fees is about 3 lacs so think wisely

not even the first batch has finished their BS degree so no one can comment about placements, but the degree from IITM will definitely help you
Better to have an IIT tag than an typical local college level tag. Also IIT Madras they provide extreme fee concession for the poor and the discriminated class.
Like maximum 75% discount for below 1lac income.
So for poor people this is an better investment than an private college since you can invest that loaned out money on better equipment like laptop etc.

Don’t apply now, you have to submit assignments, have to give 20 hours per week, then exams are too their, you will loose your time. Focus on one thing do these after your 12th. Rest is your choice. Fees is about 3 lacs so think wisely

bro i enrolled in online bca degree in pvt college, anyone can easily score 60 percent to 80 percent without studying anything solely with the help of chatgpt and google. my question is that the same thing with bs from iit madras if rely on chatgpt and google? asking coz im more of a practical person that is lazy that doesn't like to study, i prefer to use time only for certificates and bootcamps that actually help in gaining practical skills .
