      @@capecyn Yes, I just use vinegar, because it's a natural fabric softener as well.

    In the washing washing machine can I set it to cold water, or do I have to use hot water cycle for it to be effective?

    • @GlamburgerGlam

      I just run mine on warm, so I'm honestly not sure. I haven't tried it with hot or with cold, to be honest. I don't know why it wouldn't be fine though.

    This is fantastic Danielle! I love using liquid detergent too - I feel it cleans better! I'm going to try this with some substitutes over here (once my current detergent runs out) 💖💖💖

    • @GlamburgerGlam
      @GlamburgerGlam  5 лет назад +1

      I do know that the Thieves Household Cleaner from Young Living is a big part of why this detergent works so well, but I'm not sure what would be a good substitute for it. I'll have to give you the ingredients that are in it and you can see what you could do to make something similar. I am sooo happy I made the switch. I love that we don't have a bunch of chemicals on our clothes anymore!

    • @GlamburgerGlam
      @GlamburgerGlam  4 года назад +1

      I actually just use distilled white vinegar as fabric softener. I just place it in the fabric softener dispenser in the washer an then use essential oils on wool dryer balls in the dryer.

    • @GlamburgerGlam
      @GlamburgerGlam  5 лет назад +1

      Yes, I'm part way through my second batch! I have a lot of laundry around here. LOL It works great, even on my son's gross work clothes! I think the hardest part in switching over is getting used to not smelling a scent from your clothes. They just smell clean, but not like anything floral, tropical, mountain fresh, etc.

    • @GlamburgerGlam
      @GlamburgerGlam  4 года назад

      @@_E_P Yes, I did add lemon oil the first time, but I honestly just really like the scent of the thieves household cleaner in there, so I felt like it was kind of a waste to use one of my oils in it. You most definitely can though, if you want a stronger scent.

  • @FeeBeeRome
