Whenever I go grocery shopping I will go and grab items that I really need once I've done that I go and decided whether I need things like snacks etc. I also look at the catalogues to see which has best prices. in Sydney Australia where I am from every Wednesday is like a half price
I think M&S is more of a shop you go for specialised things not so much essentials! Like I love going in and finding different things from there ❤️ but I do think some of their veg/fruit although dearer can be better quality and last better than others 😊! I think you should do a no budget M&S haul as a treat 😂❤

Loved this one, I always end up in M&S for a few treat bits and unique items to themselves. But always grab the banana bags ❤ I love a riper banana - can’t stand a green, this weekends I had 7 in my bag, the most was 13 ❤ bloody great. Sometimes they’re green and others they’re a bit brown or split but always freeze ❤
I live opposite a large M&S and I have been in there late at night and still found the reduced stuff expensive! They also don’t seem to reduce any of their bakery stuff even though it has to be sold by the end of the day… Their fruit and veg does last longer though! In my experience Morrisons do the best reductions and always sell everything reduced so saves them wasting it!

I think m&s tricks you as you’re like ‘that price is so good’ in comparison to their other high prices, hehe, and those good price items don’t always add up to full meals etc.. but yellow labels later in the day, are the one!

Wow I'm amazed, I didn't think you would be able to get this much at M&S. Truly shows you have to be tactical and thinking like you guys and just resist the temptations. I think you can or should buy any deals you see or like but just keep it out of the weekly budget challenge. If you have the means then why not. Just going through some tough times now and I don't want my son to see or suffer witnessing this. It's not to do with money etc although things are on kind of a budget and I wouldn't survive if I was living completely alone with my son. I just wish things get sorted and people just keep their hands off me and my son 😢😢😢 abuse is not okay 😔

Looks like you got a good range of basic essentials and everyday foods but with the plant kitchen stuff it seemed to be more pricy that other branded plant foods and meals but the deals you did get from that range was good. I think it be hard to get (as a budget vegan especially) every weeks shop from m&s using a budget so like you said you could get a few bits from there but the minority of your shop from another supermarket! Interesting. For me,it becomes painful the further into the shop. Prices are insane, but they manage to flock you in with the staples being competitive like milk vegetables,some meats ,butter is supposed to be a good price too and comparable. Got red cotton candy grapes and I couldn't figure out if I liked them or didn't like them, I still ate them all tho 😅 You did a great shop and got so much for £30 seens M&S ain't usually cheap and well done JoJo ❤
M&S may be expensive. However for someone with food allergies they sell lot of tasty foods that we can eat. For instance I have a dairy allergy but still want to eat meat and of all the supermarkets I can get more pre made meals that are dairy free and high quality From M&S than any other supermarket. I get my M&S foods through Ocado.
JoJo is going to make a great husband for some lovely lady and his kids are going to be well taken of. Because of you guys and his participation in shopping he has and is learning how to shop with wisdom.

Here's the recipe we use, the amounts may vary though 😊 6-7 frozen bananas 1 cup of dates 3-4 brazil nuts 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional for added sweetness) Top it with flaxseed, cacao nibs, choc chips or whatever you want!!! You'll need a high-speed blender to get through the frozen bananas! 👍

M&S beans are the best
The usual with hamsters. They are winter whites and love a good few meal worms and chicken. They do eat a lot of bird seed too.

Mark’s and Spencer’s and Waitrose is quite expensive but some stuff can be cheaper and the quality is sometimes better
M&S may be expensive. However for someone with food allergies they sell lot of tasty foods that we can eat. For instance I have a dairy allergy but still want to eat meat and of all the supermarkets I can get more pre made meals that are dairy free and high quality From M&S than any other supermarket. I get my M&S foods through Ocado.

Hey, thanks for your comment. Here's the recipe we use, the amounts may vary though 😊
6-7 frozen bananas
1 cup of dates
3-4 brazil nuts
1 tsp vanilla extract (optional for added sweetness)
Top it with flaxseed, cacao nibs, choc chips or whatever you want!!!
You'll need a high-speed blender to get through the frozen bananas! 👍
