The Billboard is 100% coming down. I talked to the steel workers that were assembling the coasters, that are now working on the administrative/corporate building on the other side of 95th avenue. The only reason they havent completed the coaster is because they are waiting for the city of Glendale to tear down the billboard.

The park is a big disadvantage for the lower class they should have build it for everyone not just the high class and you have to have a room to go do the park that is a smack for those that live in the state just another sore sight for the less lucky who can't just do the rides. NO THANKS.
Yeah. Hopefully it gets done sooner than later. Ever since the so called "pandemic" (yeah, right) it seems that productivity in our country (and world) has gone down. Heck. There are tons of job openings in all sorts of trades right now but the young men don't want to take the jobs. 😑

@@hackfreehvac hey seen a old video of yours turning a a/c into heat pump, u seem knowledgeable. Was hoping to ask a question, I have a package until I don’t like the coil being outside live in country mold mildew everywhere fast. and want to go back to split system, could I just use the package unit as the out side condenser say just cut loose the package coil braise in the line set hook to the indoor coil on air handler both of which I’d buy new, but Here’s my questions would this work and would the package unit circuit board be okay with the fan not running in it or would it throw a code and kill power to compressor, it’s a heat pump so has reversing valve also would it still do those acts or is there sensors that look for fan moving or is it as simple as the thermostat just kicks on relays and powers it. Why would I want to do this ? It’s still basically new, came with home, it’s a tempstar the icp one that everyone rebrands iv seen same one with 5 different names, I can’t see how it would care but again idk what the circuit board knows to look for that this ideal may upset. Looking at diagrams on a electric furnace I’d be using for back up heat, seems it’s pretty simple thermostat kicks relays on and off, I’m dragging this out but would it work do u see any troubles I’d have
@@morehp1 This would depend on how basic the package unit is (no sensors to notice). The bigger thing is sometimes the layout of the IDU to ODU. If it has one single liquid line in between the two, you probably could just run the liquid and common gas line to a heat pump AHU in the home. Most package units are essentially just everything into one cabinet. I haven't messed with many residential units over the last decade except my own and some friends. So I am not familiar with what is out there anymore.
Most guests will want a room on the stage side of the hotel. But some of us will be happy with the economy rooms on the freeway side so we can see the towers and pumps. 🤪.
I wonder what the stage side will run for when big concerts are scheduled? I figure if you can split the room 10 ways it might not be so bad and we all share the balcony, bathroom etc
The other drone? If I got close enough. I have not tested that with the new one. But this camera is supposed to be better. So I'll find out later when I fly more. If you are speaking of needing to read unit tags, say you were doing it for BUSINESS and felt comfortable flying closer to roof level, yeah you certainly can read unit tags with the DJI Mini drone. It would be a great took for sales man to send the drone up if you just needed to collect some tag info, unit configuration or gross measurement approximations. For my use I try to fly from a safer distance and zoom in👍

This has to be the slowest construction project I have ever followed. Universal Epic Universe is 5 times the size and built in half the time.

Some people think MAV will open by the end of the year but the resort won't open until late 2025.
