Yes sir, u r correct. My husband diagnosed with bad cholesterol when I m using refined oil. After diagnosed I changed oils to sesame oil for cooking and for deep fry I use groundnut oil. After 2 years we checked again he doesn’t have cholesterol 👍👍👍

In a kadai add gingerly oil - 100 ml Add mustard and let it splutter Add 4 red chillies 1 TBSP channa dal 1handful peanuts Keep the flame to sim and let it slowly fry to golden brown 1sprig curry leaves 100gms tamarind in 250ml water for tamarind extract Add this to pan 1/4 TSP turmeric 2 heaped tspn of chilli powder (kashmiri) Add water and let boil Meanwhile add desired amount of jaggery (optional) After 10 mins Add salt Let it reduce Add hing 3tsp of puliyogare powder and mix Add gingerly oil to glaze in about a minute Add 3/4th cooked rice to this. Switch off the stove and mix the rice to the concentrate Add curry leaves and mix Done donea done! Hope this is helpful ... 🙂
