Konoha tree is long term. Lucky wheel is generally great. You want to start with looking for a strong position 1. Then power. Then supports

I say capsule over great tree, but between Sakura's gift and capsules I'm not to sure

Possibly Konoha Great Tree. Dancing Capsules seems to be more expensive
