That's Sai's mystery if you click on your ally. To summon lions that immediately standard attack. But it's speed is treated as fast as a mystery because.. it is a mystery lol.
not sure if you mispoke, but the lions on your opponents field make chakra cost 8 more, so you can make it go up to 40 more with 5 lions something to note also is that if you use passive 1 Y version, your opponent can still queue a mystery before the lions come out, so it doesnt actually protect you if they have higher initiative a few ideas ive had with him with edo madaras Y mystery, which causes fright to the lions so they dont kill themselves with their standard, preventing them from using mysteries round 2 if they cant gain chakra using danzo izanagi to splash and blitz their pos 1. chinese neji lowers wind main cooldown for dance of impetus, so sai can use his mystery on a lion to cause a chase to attack the lion 5 times so it no longer has damage immunity. with winds mains passive, she gains chakra so you can use danzos 80 chakra mystery and use splash from lion to kill their pos 1 since its basically guarantee crit + lions dont have as much def/res/injury and orochimaru assist card to also do 30% extra (would look like this) imgur.com/a/PJr49d2
