Hey there, thanks for checking the Stacked Golf RUclips channel! We’re Jon and Ashley, a husband and wife team of amateur golfers looking to share our love of the game with our viewers. Our goal is to inspire more golfers along with people who have never played before to get out on the golf course and have fun regardless of their age, budget, or skill level.
We find all kinds of golf deals at garage sales, thrift store, flea markets, auctions, online marketplaces, and more to show that you don’t have to spend a lot of money to start playing golf or upgrade your current golf bag. Along with our thrifting adventures, we specialize in reviewing the cheapest golf gear, gimmick clubs, As Seen On TV golf clubs, crazy training aids, and more to see if they are worth checking out to improve your golf game. You will also find course vlogs, golf challenges, and budget golf course reviews from our travels. We both love the game of golf and want to share our adventures with you.
Here’s a little about us: While most kids were watching cartoons, Jon was studying the Golf Channel to learn how to play and improve his golf game. He spent most of his childhood on the golf course and loves trying out new golf clubs and gear. Jon also loves to fish and kayak. If he could he would spend all his time on the golf course or catching giant bass.
Ashley is a beginner golfer with no athletic background whatsoever before attempting to pick up the game of golf. Her unnatural ability to read the green has made her a great putter but the rest of the game is still a work in progress and we hope you enjoy watching her improve on the channel. She is also known for finding incredible deals and unique finds both online and at thrift stores and garage sales. Along with golfing and budget shopping she also enjoys trying out and creating new recipes and using Jon as her taste testing guinea pig.

Great picks. Keep it up. A Friend, club hoarder, who's moving gave me two bags. 3 drivers, 2 3 woods, several hybrids, several irons, wedges and 4 putters. Enough to put a couple of decent newer sets together for my youngest son to try and choose from. SCORE.

I really enjoyed this video. The goodwills and thrift shops around where I live don’t have too many clubs and it’s nice to see other places I can go find some.
Goodwill has been a great place to go for golf clothes, especially in the smaller towns you can find some really nice stuff, usually the city locations are picked clean.... 2nd Swing is a great place to get clubs as well, if you live near one
Dang, If I recall you guys were around 44K-ish subscribers at the end of the year which means you've been gaining around 100 per day average since then. I was a fairly early subscriber and It's been fun to watch y'all find your niche and grow and continually get more comfortable in front of the camera. Congrats in advance on 60K!

Play it again is my go to for golf stuff. Always a great selection and great prices. I just picked up a square strike 45° for $15 today to try out. Last week I bought a ping cart bag and a halo rangefinder for a total of $60.

I'd like to see a longer video of you on the course. It's great to see your attitudes. You find joy in the good, and laugh and forget the bad. Any kind of match. Ash or Jon doing a full 18 hole round, Jon's dad, match play, scramble, anything. I just really like the on course videos. And what about Ashley's bunker?
Walmart has the best deals on golf balls for sure! I got 15 used Srixon golf balls for $9. I also saw 24 used Bridgestone golf balls for $24. These are premium golf balls that usually sell for $20 to $40 for a dozen in new condition.

I picked up a full set of vintage Taylormade Tour Preferred irons with a Burner Plus driver and a System 2 driver at Goodwill for $20 for all a couple years ago. The BP driver and TP irons, although vintage, were brand new with plastic wrap still on the grips. The System2 is a bit beat up but I couldn’t pass it up for the price. To say the least I always check at Goodwill now when I’m there 😅

Hi you are such nice kids. I watch you all the time and stopped by Goodwill yesterday -- first time in years -- no good golf clubs but thought of you two. Huge Adams fan too, SuperS Speedline 3T 13, degree 3 wood as good as a driver. Keep practicing Ashley you are improving every video.
Great video! I think it's fun to have shiny/brand new clubs, and if you can afford that it's great. But for me, I know I am just going to get them scuffed up and beat in 6 months anyway, so I always just get used stuff ha.

After my first round with the sim 2 max I felt the urge to trade it in. All good now, still crazy how many are used.
Our resale shops here in Michigan NEVER have any good golf clubs (or anything else for that matter)...the GW nearest to me have had 6 clubs in there for the past six weeks that aren't worth $1 for all of them...they have them priced $5.09 each...you guys are very lucky to be living in Florida...your channel would never survive in Michigan unless you changed the name to Stacked Junk.

Trying to get into golfing and not blow money and a super set until I get good so this is a great video how to get a decent set and not spend much. Best part is I live in Orlando and when you mentioned altamonte springs I’m like “yess, I can go to those stores”

Love the video guys I'm always looking for a good bargain. I went to Goodwill today looking for clubs nothing to right home about so I took a look at the shirts like always and found a almost new Addis Climacool shirt a Peter Millar shirt a excellent condition for the price 10.00 for both shirts.
The deals ive found from PGA Superstore and Golf Galaxy alone would blow your mind. My irons are a MINT condition 2019 Miura CB 301s, stiff shaft: $380 (they mispriced them to the 2006 version I think). My old irons were a great condition Nike VR Pro combo with stiff shafts for $150. My driver is an excellent condition Cobra F9, stiff shaft: $49 (even the clerk couldn't believe that one). I have a mint 2020 Bettinardi BB1 putter for $170, a pretty good condition Spider for $120. A like new Ping G410 hybrid for $120. An F8 3 wood for $60. And I saw a Cobra Speedzone LE Pars and Stripes with a Velocore Ventus aftermarket shaft in it for $250 (that shaft alone is $300, I dont think they saw the Velocore marking). Ive gotten Oban shafts, VA Composite Raijin shafts for $49 each. A like new 2019 Tour Edge EXS 220 driver for $69. Ive seen Forged MB Cobras like new for $700. 2019 Apex and Apex Pro Callaway irons for $500. Even 2020 Taylormade P7MC muscle backs in like new condition for $700. And much more.
I have found some absolutely insane INSANE deals by going to PGA Superstore and Golf Galaxy regularly. But you gotta go like all the time. Cause stuff gets snatched up instantly.

Very useful info. I do shop at a local used golf shop. Bought a full set of new orlimar statos for $175. The old man in me loves them but the young man mourns.

Great video! I don't know where u guys are located but I have gotten great deals on clubs from Roger Dunn or Golfers Warehouse. Good thing is with those stores you can try any used club in their bays and they still offer a 90 day return.

Went to my local PGA store and found a M1 for $99, looked brand new. Had the exact same one next to it for $239. Guessing they put the price they bought it used for before it was marked up! Their loss, my gain

I actually found an excellent deal at a Scheels a few weedends ago full set of Ping G5 Irons for $130 only ever see them on Ebay for $230 plus and usually missing an iron

I was at that Play it Again sports back in Feb trading in a metric ton of adams tight lies fairway woods and some other stuff. Didn't get much for them. 50+ clubs, $75.
I saw an Orlimar HipSteel fairway in your video. If you’ve never tried one you’re missing out. Those things are LONG and solid! Give one a shot sometime.
I'm new to your RUclips channel, and enjoy it very much! One suggestion...please try to slow down just a little bit while in the stores. There are so many things to see when you are filming, but they get blurred out with fast movement. Just a suggestion, that's all.

I usually go to a preowned site of a club maker. I have gotten some good deals on Callaway's preowned. Clubs marked as Like New don't even have a mark on them.
